I have been a patient of Atlas Orthogonal Chiropractic for over 6 months. I have 2 subluxations and 2 steel plates from cervical spine fusion. I then developed nerve pain going across my left shoulder, with pain and numbness going down my left arm and into my hand, possibly caused by a bulging disk between C4&5. I’m told this is not serious enough to be cut open again for a second surgery. All that said, I have felt trapped in debilitating pain for 5 years. The relief I got from going to a regular chiropractor who physically manipulated these areas was very short lived. It never became a permanent solution. A friend finally introduced me to Dr. Adam Austin who evaluated all my issues and came up with a plan. His strategy for realigning my atlas and using laser and an activator adjustment tool helped to significantly lower my pain to where I sometimes forget it’s there. I have even experienced periods of no pain at all. I also recover so much faster from daily routines that aggravate these damaged nerves. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Austin and his team for meeting my complicated needs and for giving me back my life. I highly recommend them.

I've been a patient of Dr. Bill's for over 15 years.  I go in for regular maintenance checks.  I was in a rear end collision recently and Dr. Bill has gone over and beyond to make sure I get the best possible care and to help me get back to where I was before the accident. I do not know where I would be without this practice and Dr. Adam. He has honestly saved my physical health and relieved so much pain. I have been coming to this practice for three years and I will never stop. I felt like a different person after the first adjustment. I went from daily chronic pain to no pain in the matter of hours. The level of care and availability are way above par and I'm just thrilled that this practice exists.

Dr. Bill as he is affectionately called, is the best. I had a shoulder that couldn’t stop hurting. I did therapy and very treatment but couldn’t get pain free until I went to Atlas. The staff is amazing, everyone greets the patient by his/her name as soon as you walk in, greets and treats each patient with a smile and special care. You will have no regrets when you walk out of there.

Incredibly professional, skilled experts! Dr. Bill is simply The Best! He is perceptive and knowledgeable in his field and is able to perform miracles! I no longer have Carpal Tunnel symptoms and when I experienced a cervical herniated disc in my neck, Dr. Bill and his friendly, experienced staff worked to alleviate my symptoms and I am now pain-free!  Like a car receiving regular maintenance in order to run well, I will continue to enjoy regular "check ups" to keep my body performing at its best! Dr. Bill Macchi and team are some of the best around! I have had experience with many chiropractors and I must say my experience here, both in terms of the treatment and relief I have gotten and in working with the office staff has been excellent. I was asked by my doctor in California that I find a Chiropractor who specializes in the Atlas technique. I’ve been seeing chiropractors for over 20 yrs however I had never been to one that specialized in the Atlas. I was recovering from the diagnosis that nobody ever wants to hear. At first I thought “ what doesn’t my C1 and C2 have to do with the C word?” Well, I was pleasantly surprised with all the information and knowledge I’ve gotten from Dr. Austin. I’m so grateful for all the attention, love and support this practice has provided as I healed from this very scary diagnosis. A few days after I had surgery I received a card signed by everyone at the office. I can’t twll you how much that meant to me. Dr. Austin and his staff take patient care and attention to a whole other level. I always feel welcomed and taken care of when I come in for my appointments. I’m not just another number. The assistants at Atlas are wonderful! Dr. Austin is the best! He  genuinely cares and I appreciate how he listens to my concerns.

I've been treated by Dr. Bill for several years now and am totally satisfied. He helped me recover from two patrol car collisions and got me back in the gym. I'm now able to take muay Thai and perform better than I did when younger. They are always thorough and very professional. All of the staff is friendly, greets you by name and makes you feel welcome. I will always be a client at atlas chiropractic, very impressed.
