Atlas Towing and Storage

This place is the worst. They said that the vehicle was double parked and they towed the car when other vehicles were definitely double parked and they took the better looking one. The weird thing is that the other cars that were parked wrong, should’ve been taken first. Here are some that were in the same apartment complex and were definitely not parked right. Why didn’t they take those firsts? And this towing company weren’t willing to worked with us. This wouldn’t have been a problem if the apartment complex Vista Del Rey, had visible parking lines to begin with.Service: Car towing

Weird how all the post I read say this company just tows cars at random but I can’t get them to even answer the phone and when they do the tow truck never shows up. I pay for a reserved spot at my complex and after hours we have to call ourselves if anyone is parked in our spot. And it never fails that at 9pm some jerk decides to park in our spot and when I or my wife call they won’t answer or they sent all their drivers home early, before they were 24/7 not only till midnight and we can still never get them out. In the 4 years we have lived at the complex they have only made it once maybe twice to the location but for sure only picked up towed. One time the driver showed up and small world I guess it was his son parked in my spot so he told him to move it so while I should feel bad for the people getting towed for no reason, I’m actually really jealous, that you get the service my complex is charging me every month, because they have a contract with this company, for free.

I don't even know who Atlas Towing is. Predatory towing at it its finest. They put an inoperable tag on my window and threatened to tow a running, legal vehicle. I reached out to my leasing office and no one made any calls to Atlas about my vehicle. Never has my vehicle been "inoperable". They just made an enemy out of me. I have a camera pointed at my car and I hope no one touches it from here out. I will be eagerly waiting for the driver Alex to show up tomorrow....it's disgusting that such practices are allowed. **I contacted Atlas and apparently they took it upon themselves to tag my vehicle without my leasing office even knowing. I park in the same spot just like all my neighbors. I will file a police report and I will treat this as attempted theft **

Worst towing service I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Live at a complex that is contracted out with them and no matter how many times I’ve called to get someone out of my spot I pay for, no one has shown up. The only time I’ve seen them ever tow a car out of here was when they mistakenly towed my own car.

This company is predatory. They'll look for any excuse to tow your vehicle so they can make a quick buck. My car was towed from my gated neighborhood at 7pm. I was working in my living room doing some remodeling. It was clear I was home yet the tow truck operator saw a reason to tow my car without trying to let me know. My neighborhood has a sign that says towing is enforced only from 2am-5am. I was well outside that window. I had to call the police station to find out which company even towed it. The guy on the phone at Atlas was absolutely useless. He told me to show up at their address and someone can release the vehicle to me. I get there $40 Uber ride and ring the doorbell and nobody answers. I call the number on the sign. A different guy says I need an appointment and they can't get there for an hour because they're out stealing other people's cars. So now I'm stuck with nowhere to wait. I spoke with 4 different people that work there and finally after 45 minutes I got my car of course after they stole $225 from me. The woman working the counter noted my complaint that they towed outside the posted hours and told me to check in the morning. This company is shady. I'd look elsewhere if you're looking to have a vehicle towed as they also damaged my vehicle. But they're likely lurking in the shadows anyway waiting to steal your car. And I get it, we can't have cars parking anywhere without repercussions, but my car was parked in front of my house and it was well before the posted towing hours. This company is a drain on society and needs to be taken down 0/5

The day my partner died I was destroyed. As I dragged myself to my truck it had been towed illegally by Atlas Towing. You towed my truck from an abandoned bank by university hospital. May God have mercy on your souls because I won't.

Literally just stole my car there is no handicap sign they took my car my bills are paid and they will not answer their phone and it says 24 hours on their website this is theft I don't know how they allow these people to do things like this

Their a ripoffs Atlas towing is in cahoots with Olmos Club Apartments managers both are con that hijack your vehicle then charge you a fee when there are no posting anywhere and they get away with it there's no indicators anywhere.

They towed my car and I have been calling and leaving messages to find out info on my car and they do not answer or call back! It’s infuriating and rates are going up as we speak

Towed my car from my job and they won't answer the phone so I went up there they won't answer and the prices are hi the police told me to sue
