Not sure about the company as a whole, but in all honesty, the woman who picked up the phone was the rudest I have ever encountered. I was actually shocked at how unprofessional she was. I have never written a review before, however I felt as if it was necessary to do so. Hopefully those higher up at ATM recognize that myself, and multiple other people on here have had similar experiences.
