Well, it's a semi-abandoned place, you shower with a bucket, the room where you sleep has air conditioning, a mattress on the floor, a sofa, there is internet, it's fine if you're passing through and you don't want/can spend a lot. There is an Oxxo nearby and places to have breakfast.

Very nice art presentations and bathrooms available. They support the music scene. The only thing is a bit the area.
It's okay, the owners of the place seem approachable, everything was very good, the area is ugly, but it's not their fault.
