I can't say enough wonderful things about The Atrium! When I was looking for a space, a friend referred me here and said the price was reasonable for an office space. I didn't listen initially and went to 9 other places before coming here. Many were over priced for what I needed and I decided to check out the spaces here at The Atrium. I was so impressed with IAN the property manager who listened and treated my husband and I with such kindness. The last 9 properties managers, did not treat us like IAN did. IAN, goes out of his way to make sure the tenants are well taken care of here. I needed some assistance with my move in and setup and the maintenance personal was Awesome! I have been here about 8 months now and I still get fantastic customer service here. They are very quick and responsive to any repairs needed. One of my favorite features here is the conference room. The conference room here is impressive and Beautiful! In my line of business, I needed a modern conference space that could accommodate a fairly large meeting virtually as well as in person. I am very happy with the office space here.
Ian Booth is hands down the most professional, courteous, responsive property manager in the State of Florida. Highly recommend the Atrium based on his customer service alone.
We love our space in the Atriums! The new owners have done an incredible job of updating the suites and the grounds, with a great eye for detail. They are very friendly, accommodating, and always eager to help. Their level of professionalism-including the work of their office manager, Ian, and handyman Robert--has made the Atriums a premier place to rent and set up our business. We recommend them highly and without reservation. If you are looking for an office or studio space to rent in the Sarasota/Bradenton area, you should definitely check this out!
From the first moment I walked into the office as a total stranger, through the facilities tour, application and leasing process, I found the staff at the Atriums consistently welcoming, friendly, attentive and accommodating. As a tenant I am finding that level of care to be ongoing. I have no qualms stating plainly that working with the ownership and staff at the Atriums is one of the most satisfying business interactions I have had in 45 years of business experience. Kudos to Guy, Gina and Ian for providing our community with an office facility of the caliber of the Atriums.
I have been a tenant for 1 year now and have enjoyed my time. The grounds are nice, the bathrooms are updated and clean, the conference room is top notch, and the office space is just right for our purpose. The management is great to work with and has been helpful with our needs and requests.
The Atriums is a fantastic place! The property manager, Ian, is exceptionally responsive and courteous. The owners are concerned, supportive and attentive. They have done a fabulous job updating the complex- the conference room is sophisticated and professional. There are good vibes here!
I'm coming up on my 3rd year as an Atriums tenant and I can't see going anywhere else. The attentive and very helpful staff, A property that is constantly well maintained and upgraded. Owners who really support and have love for both their tenants and small businesses in general. Even my 5 year old loves coming to hang out in the office. If you're looking for an office or conference room in Sarasota the Atriums are a must.
My company has recently moved into the Atriums Executive Offices. So far our experience has been great! Ian the manager and Gina the owner treated me like they knew me forever when I first met them. They made the move in process easy and smooth. If you are looking for an office this is definitely worth considering.
I believe that I have been at The Atriums longer than any other tenant, 25 years. Originally moving to Sarasota, FL from New York City where I had been an executive search recruiter for the prior decade, when I considered opening a recruitment firm in Sarasota my husband brought me to the Atrium and showed me a darling office with three windows all looking out on blooming bougainvilleas, an office priced so fairly, and so began my relationship with the ownership and staff of The Atriums. A home away from home, as I spend more time at my office than home, I have moved through five different offices here as my business has grown and developed and throughout the years have met other wonderful independent business owners, always supported by The Atrium ownership, each day taking care of all our needs. More recently, The Atriums has been experiencing a revitalization with modernizing of air conditioning, security camera, exterior painting, a beautiful conference room and reception area and very much a feeling of cohesiveness, even amongst over 50 different businesses which reside here. With access to the airport only 5 minutes away and 10 minutes to downtown Sarasota, I could never have been as successful or happy in another other executive suite location and I have many to thank at The Atriums for always being there for me.
I cannot tell you how please I have been as a tenant here at The Atriums! Running my business from here has been an answer to prayer. Management is always functioning at a superior level. Maintenance is always on hand and ready to help in whatever way possible. Grounds and facilities are always kept clean and presentable. If you're looking for a great work community that provides the privacy necessary for your needs and growth, I highly recommend Atrium Offices!
