Ats Airport Shuttles

Very nice airport with decent parking availability. Everything is easy to find, and the gates and facilities are fairly well maintained. We parked in the garage and had difficulty finding our car 2 weeks later, when we returned. We had photos of our car's location, but the signage does not clearly indicate which elevator you take to which floor in order to access the correct parking garage. We got in late, and couldn't find anyone to help orient us as to the proper garage. Finally, my wife was able speak to a cleaning person she is fluent in Spanish who helped to point us towards the correct elevator and floor. Baggage claim was easy and well organized.

Long lines and very delayed TSA screening. Even with Clear, we still wait back in normal lines. Their rules are bit different with other airport. We do not remove laptops, while some required. We removed shoes, while some do not required us to remove our shoes, With Clear /TSA precheck

Go to Palm Beach every other week. My husband flies out to New York. I'm always at the airport. It's always nice and clean. Everyone's , very professional. I feel very safe there. There's police usually everywhere. I haven't had any problems. Thank goodness it's always clean. Very nice and the food' is great there. I haven't had anything bad. I've had a very good experience at this place so far. Everything's been great

PBI's cell phone waiting area is in a class of it's own. Large, clean parking lot, an awesome 7-Eleven, a Dunkin, a car wash and a charging station -- made my day SO much easier!

Great airport for Domestic as well as International flights. Signage makes it easy to find your way around the concourse and terminals.. Helpful staff

We love our airport. Parking is the problem now. Soon the short term parking will be open again and all will be fine again.

Pretty well put together. Be aware... if you're catching a Lyft/Uber from the airport, they pick you up on the 3rd floor!!!

This airport is very easy to navigate, whether I'm getting dropped off I have to park parking fees very reasonable on the inside they have been under construction for a while and it's still easy to get where you need to be.. Employees are friendly and bag claim is easy as well...

There was a rude female TA personnel staff member which troubleth me on my way going to PA. Talking about my staff looks like a weapon and I couldn't board the plane with it ect... On my way back I was never questioned from the PA staff members as well as all the times I've been traveling with it. It was a kneegrow moment as per that Boondocks episode some of our peep can't handle powers pretty well. Besides that one time madness, it has always been an awesome & smooth flying experience for me to travel via PBI.

The only issue is yhe rudeness of the traffic people when you come to pickup or drop off people. You get less that five minutes or they make you drive around and comback. Some are very rude.
