Had a wonderful experience here! Everyone seemed happy to help and happy to be there. Overall a wonderful atmosphere and I felt very comfortable asking questions and getting the help I needed Update: Honestly considering canceling my service after a week. I’ve never felt so taken advantage of by a company. I first applied online to change my service and get a new phones. I chose to pick up in store then it said it canceled my order and to come in in person. I had fully checked out and saw my monthly bill would be around $80. When I I went in person they made me do the whole process again and I didn’t think anything of it. I told them I wanted exactly what I got before online. They didn’t tell me the price of anything, didn’t ask me if I wanted any add ins. Now that I get my bill in the mail it’s over $200 a month. I called the number on the bill and apparently it’s the number for direct tv so I got transferred around until they gave me the actual number. Sat on the phone for over an hour still got no answer even though it said it was an 8 minute wait time. The only reason I haven’t been able to cancel is because I haven’t been able to reach them. As a young women you always get taken advantage of cuz they think you won’t know or won’t notice, I truly think he upped my bill added everything extra on and this makes me want to never use this company again.

Our rep Heather was very awesome. She knew her job very well and her customer service was beyond exceptional. I look forward to coming to the rivers Ave store just because of her .

Glen was absolutely amazing, and finally fixed my issue that took three stores to fix. He was so kind, listened to my issue and did everything he could to make sure I was satisfied. Definitely one of the best representatives/customer service I’ve ever had!!

Catt was amazing!!!! She helped us get switched over for service with them and helped us switch over our phone numbers and all of our info on our phones. And she helped us save so much money! She is very kind, respectful, patient and a wonderful asset to the company. She definitely needs a raise, she made sure to tell us all the perks and to get the most out of our service and plan. We are coming back soon to internet for the house. AT&T got a new customer and 2 phone lines today because of Catt and her incredible service and we came from Verizon! Very pleased with everything!!!!

Me and my girlfriend have been looking and calling around for WIFI service for a couple days now and when I called here I was meet with the best service I’ve ever had over the phone. Manny was so helpful and honest with all my questions and concerns! We honestly need a Manny every place we visit. Keep up the Good work sir there are very few of y’all left!!!

Jade was very helpful in directing us to corporate to get the product we wanted. She was polite, inquiring and knowledgeable.

I was in the store to use wifi with tec support  to try and fix my phone. The tec was having trouble and Heather was finishing up with a customer and heard the tec ask for some code on phone and Heather offered to help and really she was great and just finished with tec and tested and everything worked fine. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything.  WHY IS HEATHER NOT TEACHING OTHER WORKERS IN OTHER STORES HOW TO TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS. I WAS ABOUT TO LEAVE AT&T.  instead, Heather made me feel like she would help me if I had any more issues. Unlike the store in Summerville SC

I came in to finish a phone trade. I also needed insurance removed from the bill and a couple of questions answered. My sales associate, Taylor, took the time to look back at my bill and figure out the discrepancy, then helped me with my next steps to fix it. Great job! Will definitely work with them again!
