Terrible... 1st month was supposed to be free, they charged more than rent fee. When I first got the unit it was full of junk from previous tenants. When i reached out to get it fixed it took two weeks to get a response but was never corrected. Owner- feel free to reach out to make it right... review accurately reflects my experience
Do not use this place they are a scam I rented a unit on the 15th of the month of May and told them I would be done on the first of June they said the unit must be cleaned out swept and ready for another client in order to get my deposit back and it was as of the 7th of the month I had not received a deposit or anything back so I tried to contact them and ask them questions at which time they told me that I had to call back the next day when they were open at that location and talk to them then which I did needless to say that turned into I had to put it in writing 30 days before I left the unit keep in mind they were notified when I rented the unit it was only for 15 days and at this time it was after the first so I was charging additional $144 plus $9 for the insurance and by the time the letter would get to them it would be the middle of the month and the next month I would be charged for as well so I paid near $600 or will have to for a unit for 2 weeks they have a runaround scam of one location and Belleville Indiana with an address of Plainfield Indiana for that location and send your money to greencastle they refuse to let you speak to any owners or illegal department for the company I reported them to the Federal trade commission I suggest you do as well if you have this experience with them at all cost do not do business with them....

Rented a storage unit for a month in June for which i put a deposit down. It is now middle of October and have not received my deposit yet. I have called a few times and been told they will send a message to the owner and get back to me. Nobody seems to know what I’m talking about when I call and it’s getting frustrating.
Web site easy to use. Prices a bit high compared to other storage places. I like it's down the road from my home.
This place is terrible once you are trying to leave. It took me two months for them to cancel my request to cancel the unit since we were done. We were never contacted to confirm they received my request after several emails, online contact form in their website, or by phone. Such a headache!
Man, don't call this place. They won't answer. Tell you to leave a message and then they don't respond. No security fence yet. The people who run the place live in Greencastle and could care less about your problems in Plainfield. The phone thing is the real kicker.
Have used thus place three times, twice in Plainfield once in Belleville. Never had a problem.
