We had gotten three quotes and Attica was definitely the best choice. The crew had this building up in four working days we had a lot of rain during this process after the concrete was finished. They were very easy to work with and would HIGHLY recommend them for your building needs. Actually we are having them work on another quote for an addition to the house itself. This is a 24 x 36 garage addition, We even switched it up on them and changed the direction of the roof line, no problem for these guys. It is very hard to see ourselves where they tied into the existing garage.
Attica Lumber's entire staff have been very helpful and friendly throughout our build process. I found their customer service to be 5 star hands down. Erin with her great communication and timely replys with my questions. Steve has even taken the time to explain and to show me the pride they take in their lumber they use for their pole barns. Harlen's crew that came out for the build definitely cared for the quality and craftsmanship every step of the way. Very organized and respectful in regards to the job site. I am proud to have an Attica Lumber pole barn on our property and will be a returning customer for our garage build.
Integrity, friendly, excellent customer service, and competitive pricing are all ways to describe Attica Lumber and the staff there. We have completed two building projects with them and would not hesitate to recommend them.
I am very pleased with Attica Lumber. We got 3 different quotes and they were the best priced for a 40x64 pole barn. Very easy to work with. Barn was up in 3 days and they were ready to build within 2 weeks of our order. Quality work and material. JIM was great to work with.
Attica Lumber is a very informative and nice place to work with when it comes to pole buildings. They were very helpful with any questions on design lay out that I had. Jim came out to the site to make sure I had everything ready. I have had them put up two buildings for me and am pleased with both. I definitely would recommend them to anyone wanting a new pole building.
I had very high hopes for our pole barn home after speaking with Jim and Erin on December 12th. We were told we would be given an estimate within a week. Sadly we are into March now and after several phone calls to Attica lumber and promises of an estimate "this week or next" we still have nothing from them. Jim and Erin seemed like great people and enjoyed our initial meeting to discuss our build, but we were very disappointed by the lack of follow up. It is especially frustrating when we see their social media and see several new pole barns going up each week.
I called Attica Lumber to build a 24 X 32 pole Barn. They worked with the company that laid the foundation and the overhead door company, too. Then a year later, I purchased a Class B motorhome. My neighbor told me to put in a 10 foot door. But.....no I said I wouldn't buy another RV. I called Attica Lumber again. Please modify and cut a hole for a 10 foot door. They again took the job on and worked with everyone professionally. My new door is awesome. Luscious Door did fancy work. So a few months later I called and asked if they would insulate and side my new building. They just finished it. God Bless them. There isn't a better experience. Very cost competitive and no adders. They always treat us well and watch for any quality issues and bring them to your attention. I also got an Attica recommended carpenter to fix a scratched table and fix my window sills. Could not be more pleased.
Attica Lumber did a fantastic job taking my dream barn, and making it a reality. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the final product. The overall build quality, value and craftsmanship are second to none.
We just had our garage done and can't tell you how pleased we are. Jim asked plenty of questions to make sure everything was exactly as we wanted. The crew we had did a great job and even kept things tidy before they left for the day. Even in the dead of winter, people have stopped to tell us how nice it looks! Definitely would recommend Attica Lumber to do the job.
Everything from start to finish went smooth n as planned n pretty quickly also, great crew. Everyone I dealt with was very knowledgeable n a pleasure to work with. They also came back about a year after to fix a minor problem I had at no extra charge, would highly recommend them n I will definitely hire them again if the need arises.
