Delivery said 6 am. Forklift driver arrives at 7am. 30 mins to get unloaded. Concrete ramp on the back of the facility to get unloaded. Overall good experience.

Manager Jesse and staff went up and beyond the call of duty to help us get what we needed even though it wasn’t in his store. We much appreciated it! Thanks from Travis and Kimberly. We can now enjoy our pool!

Polite staff. Some items are overpriced while others more competitive. Some items out of stock even thou inventory states otherwise.

I love all Atwoods stores they have so much to look at and buy. Only thing is this store my boss who is my brother sent me here to pick up supplies for our ranch. We spend a bunch of money here being we farm too. So when he sent me here he gives me a company check which I been here so many times with a check that is a business check. I have a driver's license which every place asks for it no big deal. While I was shopping I needed or thought I needed a new axe so I was checking them out and happen to cut my finger on the blade. I asked for paper towels and things and helped clean up and the gentleman was really helpful and asked if needed help and I just needed a bandaid. I actually needed to go get stitches but I can love without all that. Ok so I go to buy all my stuff and the cash register lady saying check not going thru and same time I have HR lady asking questions about finger and stuff which I said I be alright I take care of it myself it was my fault it happened and I said I will sign something saying there not at fault. Back to register lady still saying checks no good asking me is there money in the account which that don't even make since but I said we're wealthy people yrs there's money so it's getting embarrassing by now cause the HR lady talking loud everyone looking at me there getting upset cause they waiting. Then register lady said it's not going thru cause my license is from out of state. Never heard that before. So I start to get upset and I tell them I'm fine on the cut I sign ascendent report after I get this check situation over with. The register lady says she ran it 3 times it's not going thru. So I said this ridiculous they embarrassed me bad here and made me feel like a criminal a broke person and stupid cause they couldn't figure out how I just cut myself on a ax in there store. I don't know either but I was putting the sheath back on ax and my thumb grazed the blade and it cut. So I raised some hell told them to run check again and lady refused saying she's done did 3 times so she runs it again and WALA... It goes thru like it does every time. Her attitude went away and was like I don't know why it wasn't going thru and bla bla bla. I tell her why it didn't go thru because she was putting thru wrong way. She needed to flip it around that's the reason it wasn't going thru. So it was all on her but I'm the 1 who had to look stupid for at least 10mins.

Some of the items are pricy but the quality is good, and the workers are helpful enough. They either feel completely spread thin or overstaffed, but that happens from time to time.
