We like our primary care doctor, but there's been several other issues. This is one place that wants an order for everything including a urine sample. They made me see one of the Dr's therewhich wasn't our primary Dr as he was full that day for a bladder infection that I already knew I had, instead of just doing a urine test. I've been going there for over 3 years but that doesn't matter to them. The Dr charged me close to $200 to tell me I have a bladder infection which I already knew. They have 3 levels of how they charge and he charged me the highest level 3 and refused to come down to a level 2. Talking to the manager didn't do any good either as it seemed like she was reading from que cards and she didn't answer all my questions. Very disappointing.
Went in for an ear infection. Ended up in the ER and was admitted to the hospital for 2 days. ENT dr at Bryan said the medicine I was given at the clinic never stood a chance at beating the infection I had so it rapidly got worse. I won’t be back.
Most unprofessional, disrespectful doctors and nurse. If you need real medical attention, I’d certainly avoid at all costs.
Everyone was very helpful, nice, and polite. It was very easy to schedule an appointment, and I really felt like they really cared. The time in the waiting room was very short. They had to do a blood draw for me and she got my skinny rolling veins on the first try and it barely hurt. I definitely recommend.
I absolutely love everyone I've had any contact with in this place. From the receptionists and nurses, to the lab, doctors, and check-out, they all feel like family to me now. The only doctors I've seen are Dr. Zaruba and Dr. Gill. I left specialists because these two have treated me much better, have been more patient, MUCH more thorough in my care, and truly care about me and my family. We've rarely had to wait longer than five minutes in the waiting room, and about the same once we got back to our patient room. They don't give up on you, ever, and take the time to listen to you. They work WITH you, and have never been arrogant with the inflated ego I've seen in so many other doctors. I will and have recommended Auburn Family Health to everyone when the topic of health comes up.
