Room service came after dinner, after we called front desk We were in town for all days Friday thru Sundayfor a robotics tournament so not much to do after each day. Indoor pool was over chlorinated, it literally burned to breathe, just sitting putting my feet in. Also we were limited to the bar area for food...nothing much for kids where there is an actual restaurant. Rooms were average. Friendly service and very nice otherwise. Clean and good atmosphere. I would recommend. I would like to revisit during the summer. It looked like it had a very nice outdoor pool area for the kids and golf very the hubby.
Great resort with great amenities… Super friendly staff and everything you could ask for in a resort/spa. I really wanted to rate it 4.5 stars, because some of the rooms and common areas are showing their age, and even though the place was renovated in 2016, there are areas which need attention. Overall, however, highly recommended.
Remember to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your resort. They compare countless hotel sites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :! This hotel is one of the highest rated in this area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you won't be disappointed. Staff is amazing!! Front desk is super knowledgeable and friendly and The pool bartender was great!
Really nice place. They have 3 pools, one big one with lots of stuff for kids and a slide, one heated indoors and an adult pool with a jacuzzi. The bar and staff is fantastic. Super nice people. All of the food we had was excellent and they have good beers on tap as well. This place is just as nice as most of the bigger resorts in Orlando. 5 mins from tiger town and 20 from Auburn.
I went to a conference with a sister of mine its beautiful the bar n grill the food was fresh n good and on time. People were nice and awesome staff. I never stayed there but its most definitely a good place to stay at. Then they have a spa which I need to go to n pool n games n everything I can't wait to go back one day Safety: 100% safe Food & drinks: Food was fresh and delicious and drinks are off the chain!!
This is the best Marriott I have every stay at and I usually stay at a Marriott over 75 days a year. I interacted with at least 7 staff members and they were so professionally and FRIENDLY. I will definitely plan another trip where I can stay longer. Wonderful designed guest room, live music, pool and foosball were a hit.
Enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving at this beautiful resort. Gorgeous pool area complete with waterfalls and slides. Courteous staff and welcoming atmosphere. Lots of hiking trails. We will be back!
I love the Marriott RSA Resorts! Bedding and room are so comfortable. The pool area was fantastic and spotless. The pool bartenders were so welcoming and nice. Room service delivery staff were kind. Housekeepers were friendly. My only complaint is the food in the restaurant - for breakfast there wasn't an a la carte option. A flat fee for $20 buffet, but I couldn't order off a menu. We were told that we could order room service for a la carte items, but didn't understand why we couldn't order that in the restaurant. The food in the restaurant was underwhelming. However, room service food was delicious.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this resort. The staff was beyond accommodating and friendly. The food was fabulous and the service was wonderful.Rooms: 5/5
Did not get adjoining rooms, resort fees $50 a night despite being fall and rainy. Could not swim if we wanted, no free breakfast, no upgraded rooms, no concierge status despite lifetime titanium status and staying at Marriott properties more than 130nights this year. This is the worst property by far! Wife could not select rewards upon check in. I thought we equal rights here in Alabama? It is false advertising to promote this as a Marriott. It really should be considered a red roof inn as it has rooms with external doors.
