We called 4 different movers to quote a treadmill moving from one house to another and upstairs. All the quotes were over $500 dollars. These guys don't mess around and did everything for a flat fee of $200. They were lifesavers and saved my back!!! I will save time next time and just go straight to them! Great service and great job!
I had an excellent experience with Auburn Moving & Storage, and I can't say enough about Cheryl's exceptional customer service. When I encountered a credit card issue during my move, Cheryl went above and beyond to resolve it. She was incredibly patient, understanding, and dedicated to ensuring the problem was sorted out promptly. Cheryl's professionalism and willingness to assist made a stressful situation much more manageable. Her communication skills were top-notch, keeping me informed every step of the way. Auburn Moving & Storage's overall service was efficient and reliable, but Cheryl's outstanding assistance truly stood out.
We had a delicate situation in which we needed special care, discretion and respect for a family member. Our family was worried that we would not be able to find movers that could do more than move items, but really "handle with care." We were pleasantly surprised with Auburn Moving & Storage. Not only did they do their work well, but made us feel that the situation was not unique or unusual. The crew, Jarod, Gary, Scott, and Keuntae, made it seem that both while packing and moving that it was just "another day at the office", acting with efficiency and respect. This made an otherwise difficult project so much easier for our family. Not only was the care more than what we had hoped for, but I was incredibly surprised by the price! It was much lower than expected. We would have happily paid twice as much for the services received. Thank you Auburn Moving and Storage.
Way overpriced to begin with, was charged almost $800.00 for two movers to work for a little over an hour. The most annoying and unprofessional part was I was scheduled for between 12 and 12:30 to move my mother into a care facility. The movers were three hours late without any notice or a courtesy call to let me know they were late. So assuming they were a no show I unloaded the truck by myself, which I shouldn't have done having recently had back surgery. To top it off only one of the two who finally.showed up once I had to do their job was courteous to me the other one had an attitude or chip on their shoulder. Their professionalism really shined through when they flirted constantly with every female who worked at the facility but I could barely get a three words out of them. Stay away from Aubrun Moving
