Can you remove Hispanics from the postal service. Not delivering my Christmas packages.
NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!! I needed to buy two first class stamps, I drive over to this site and realize there is no way to enter the building for the public... So off to the UPS store on Mall View Rd to have two envelopes meter stamped by a Chris for $1.66!
These people never answer when called and they do not deliver to the correct address,,, perhaps this annex needs to be much more supervised,,, very very frustrating,,,, Do not receive any customer service… They don’t even deserve a one star rating
NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC! I can’t say anything about their service but definitely pick a different post office if you’re trying to ship something or take care of any of your personal postage needs.
The mailman who delivers to Rio Bravo neighborhood is horrible. He drives a personal vehicle description can be provided with a bungee cord attempting to hold the trunk together. Once he opens the bungee cord, he sorts the entire neighborhoods’s mail on the ground. Several neighbors have asked him to please stop this practice as our mail not only ends up being carried away by the wind, but is also, consistently mis-delivered. Again on a weekly, if not more basis, mail is being re-delivered to the intended recipients amongst the resisdents. In worst cases, and again happens often, packages are never delivered. The neighborhood has made several complaints and pleas to the USPS, to no avail. Most recently, he claims he mistakenly delivered one of our rush shipped packages to out neighbors across the street. As we are all familiar with the constant mis-deliveries, and friendly, we are often all called upon to corrctly deliver mail. Our neighbors NEVER got the package. A day later, after confronting he mailman, he did not answer, turned his head down, and walked away. Several calls have been made to the USPS, with promises of “returning calls” and “looking into it.” Guess where our package is? Who knows. Amazon single handedly saved the USPS frim going under. This kind of poor service and jack-assery does not hold up. Be accountable USPS. Hire and monitor delivery persons. Listen to your consuants. Or, watch drones replace you. Cheers. ****UPDATE!!! No disciplinary action was taken. Our package was NEVER RECOVERED. Our mailman still continues to drive around in a non-USPS issue vehicle, of which the TRUNK IS HELD TOGETHER WITH A BUNGEE CORD and he continues to SORT OUR MAIL ON THE GROUND; often with MAIL CARRIED OFF INTO NEIGHBORS YARD BY THE WIND. He does no attempt at recovery. When asked about our lost package he said, “which one?” Nice. And after more prompting replied the postmaster was “ looking into it.” Uh huh. Is he also looking into your bungee cord trunk, i’m sure.
I received a notification that my package was delivered to a parcel mailbox in my apartments, but when I checked the mail there was no key or package. I’m highly upset because I probably won’t get my items before Mother’s Day.
This location should not have hours listed or even be listed on google maps since it is not open to the public. It’s a frustrating and inconvenient search result. Or, how about the USPS at least install a kiosk and mail drop box?!
Constantly having issues with the mailman I haven’t received mail in over five days and this location has no answers for me
This place sucks. I was on the phone for 45 minutes trying to talk to someone for a package that the carrier has mis delivered. Has done this now twice. Joke.
It's small, has lots of P.O. boxes, but the staff gets you in and out fast with friendly service.
