Audi West Chester was great! My salesman was Stephen, and he was a really nice guy! I am new to owning an Audi & Steve knew the answer to most, if not all of my questions! The Finance Manager Claudio also helped out a-lot. He was super personable and happy to help! Their establishment was beautifully kept. When I picked up my Audi they had a super cute pink bow on it, showcased in their show room…They made my experience very special. I couldn’t be happier!
I had an amazing first car buying experience at Audi West Chester! My sales rep, Christie Parker, made the whole experience very easy and fun! She was so helpful answering any questions I had, explaining things in detail, and truly was a customer advocate, helping me to get the best deal possible. The whole team including the sales manager and the financial manager made me feel super comfortable and we’re very attentive to my car buying wishes. You can tell the entire staff wants the best for their customers! Overall, such a great experience here with awesome people and would recommend this dealership to anyone!!
After researching the entire region a 100 mile radius from my home in NJ, it was clear that Audi West Chester had the most inventory and best pricing. But, even better than their inventory and pricing was their customer service. Alex was the most genuine and up front sales rep I’ve ever met. He knew I was looking for a deal and was very straight forward with my options, and very positive we could work something out. And, Marsha was just as accommodating and really went to bat to get us the very best deal available. Overall, it was the smoothest and most productive car buying experience I’ve ever had. First time visiting this location for service. I scheduled the appointment online. Received reminders and dropping off the car early was easy. I received text updates, video of inspection, quick service and they even returned the car to my home when I wasn’t able to pick it up myself. Beth M kept me up to date throughout the entire process. My RS5 is my 3rd Audi I have owned and I have used 4 Audi dealerships for service and they are not all the same when it comes to customer experience. Audi West Chester is best in class when it comes to consistently exceeding my expectations on everything, speed, quality,follow up, great communication , updates while you wait, everyone is friendly and professional. This was a really positive experience for something I don’t normally enjoy doing! Management, sales and finance were all a pleasure to deal with. I live nearly an hour from this dealership and it was well worth the trip! My local dealer-7 minutes from my house was too difficult to work with. I will be back for my next for sure and most definitely recommend this West Chester location! Thanks to all of you that were involved in my purchase!
