AUDREY L. ALLEN IMMIGRATION LAW, LLC is a law firm located in Conshohocken Pennsylvania that is dedicated solely to the practice of immigration law.
Our boutique immigration law firm allows us to achieve big firm results while maintaining small firm personalized attention to our clients. We focus solely on immigration and nationality law, providing our clients with the most up-to-date advice in an ever-changing immigration policy climate. We work tirelessly to provide our clients with the best chance at winning each case - whether it be a creative argument for an Outstanding Researcher or fighting removal of a single mother.
Ms. Allen provides representation for all types of non-immigrant and immigrant visas for corporate and individual clients. She has represented clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), the Department of Labor, and U.S. Consulates across the globe. Ms. Allen represents clients in employment immigration matters as well as family based cases in addition to deportation defense and bond hearings.
We facilitate for our corporate clients all aspects of the immigration process to ensure borders are not prohibitive to recruiting and retaining the best human capital from around the world. In an environment of increasingly stricter governmental scrutiny ignorance is no defense. We stay abreast of trends and frequent changes in the law in order to anticipate potential pitfalls and meet the demands of our clients.
Our immigration services are not limited to successful filings of all types of nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, but also encompass ancillary matters including issues regarding benefits, leaves of absence, prevailing wages, and tax implications. We will work with human resources and general counsel to devise and facilitate immigration policies. We advise as to developing immigration policies to ensure consistency in areas such as complying with all Form I-9 regulations, hiring and terminating foreign nationals, and avoiding national-origin discrimination.
Additionally, we will perform on-site internal audits to facilitate compliance with all applicable and develop protocols to be implemented if an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) audit occurs. We also are available for in-house seminars to train and educate staff regarding I-9 documentation (housing, maintenance, and retention of records) as well as basic immigration law presentations.
We have experience guiding clients through the immigration ramifications and implications of new ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.
Moreover, we extensive appellate experience and, if necessary, will file appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals as well as Motions to Reopen and responses to Requests for Evidence.
