Been coming here for years for my small business. Ashley and Evie are great, very professional and knowledgeable. I have my friends and parents coming here as well.
I've been going through online tax prep for years, the past couple of years I've been paying for an online service which, now I know, wasn't providing me with a complete and knowledgeable tax service. I started my own business lasr year and really needed someone in person to navigate how this affects my personal taxes. I met with Ashley and she was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable with my tax prep. We went over how my business earnings and earnings from my full time job and what I should be doing and what good things I've already done. Thankfully I brought all my documents and my taxes were submitted the same day and a I had the reassurance of representation if I was to be audited. I am looking forward to growing my business and having Augmented Accounting in my corner to handle my tax needs. I would highly recommend Augmented Accounting and they are worth every penny. It might cost more but I know everything was done correctly and I got everything back with nothing left on the table.
So, I want to be entirely transparent, this is my mom and sister’s tax office. My mom has been a CPA all of my life and had her own businesses for at least 20 years. They are incredibly hard workers and will do their absolute best for you to make sure your taxes are prepared correctly the first time. Give them a shot and I can all but guarantee that you will be pleased with your experience.
My taxes got done but it was such a stressful experience. Communication sucked. I asked for about a month about an update on my taxes and if they were filed or not. Keep in mind we filed in March, I kept calling because I didn't want my taxes to be filed late and they wouldn't return my calls I would email them and they would say they were going to check but never give me an answer. I finally got an answer May 21st way after the deadline and after i had to send them a very upset email for the billionth time. And they never returned any of my calls. Then recently I asked for a digital copy because they sent me a horribly printed copy and they are unable to provide me a digital copy because "their system doesnt allow it". They seem very unorganized and I would never return to them. You're better off with turbo tax lol
Nothing beats the Augmented accounting! Eve is the best! Genius! Worth every penny! I would never trade her for any accountant out there! The BEST!
Hey.. I really thought their would be more people who knew about this service.. I can not say enough about Augmented Accounting. Great family business and whole heartedly recommend them. I work in a hospital and I can tell you most of the staff use this service and are very pleased. I had a different accountant and Augmented was able to review what the old service did and get me the money that was missed. DONT LEAVE MONEY ON THR TABLE!! And there was a bunch.
We are in business since 2015. They are very good and detailed.
