Security man is rude and mean. I was going to look for my child a book during school hours. He yelled and told me to leave the kids section soon as I stepped foot over there. Didn't even bother to ask or wait to see what I was doing over there. I will never return to this libary again all because of him. He needs to go work at a prison so the inmates can have their way with him. And take his man hood and turn him into a girl.
I Love this place. My kids love to play here and pick out books. I even noticed the playing cards in the back are labeled with brail. The nursing room for babies and moms is awesome, and the handicap bathroom in the kids section comes in handy. The staff are always upbeat and friendly. My only concern is the flooring. Certain floor tiles of carpet are coming up and might be a hazard.
I’m in love. This library is simply the best. I must admit, we went for the kids’ section so my review is based solely on that. I went in, got a library card, and headed to the kid’s section. It is huge. Lots of fun stuff for kids to play with and explore. Great educational tools galore. The librarian, Ms. Rachel was my favorite. Beyond helpful. Better than google. Just a great human. And did you know, you can check out up to 50 books at once? I also must mention they have so many great programs scheduled for kids. Can’t wait to check them out.
Absolutely a great place to study! I studied for my ASVAB here. Restrooms available for use clean and also plug outlets for your devices and plenty of table space for sheet work
Staff is very helpful. Love the Genealogy room.
Amazing the staff are warm, helpful and knowledgeable. I love it. So welcoming and they help with book suggestions and so much more.
This Library is Awesome! I Have a Non Profit Organization.I give back to the Community Feeding etc so, I called and asked them. Can i drop off my Flyers? And they said Sure and they took my Flyers with No Problem. It Really mean a lot to me cause I have a Heart of Giving and Helping People..
Clean, orderly, nice staff and good security
Really love this library, the staff are very nice and helpful. My daughter loves to go to the childre section and pick out books!
I venture in the library from time to time. I use the computer because I don't have a word processing program on my computer at home, print out things, or just pick out a new book!!! I love this new library too. I did a interview one time in the old library across the street why we should get a new library and guess what, I think it might have made a difference because soon after we got a new library!!! The computer section can get pretty crowded downstairs and upstairs too but the wait is not very long because you are only allowed an hour a day on the computer. My favorite book section is the Beauty section. That not being a surprise because I am a veteran beauty professional and a cosmetics enthusiast. They have some of the current books and even some sought after beauty bibles as well. There are areas on the second floor where you can have private meetings and such. I recently was here for a meeting and used one of them. I think you have to reserve a room but the librarian that they let us slide without having one. This library fulfills my needs greatly and is state of the art as many others in bigger cities.
