Auntie Anne's Pretzels Fox Valley Shopping Center 1

Description

It all started back in 1988 at a farmer's market in Downingtown, Pa., where Anne Beiler and her husband, Jonas, sold a variety of snacks, including hand-rolled, soft pretzels. Anne and Jonas tried different combinations of ingredients to make their pretzels until they found the one recipe that was better than the best, and the pretzel was perfected.
Auntie Anne's now has more than 1,200 locations in 44 states and 23 countries. Our pretzel line-up includes Original, Cinnamon Sugar, Almond, Garlic, Sour Cream & Onion, and Pepperoni. Pretzel Stix and Nuggets are a portable option for pretzel lovers on the go. We also serve fresh, hot Pretzel Dogs, Auntie Anne’s signature lemonade, and dips to compliment your favorite pretzel flavor.
Every year, we roll more than 97 million pretzels; that’s Pretzel Perfect!

I did not see the menu of all the food options. I asked the person at the register which was the sweet pretzel. She gave me all on the list that they had made. At the end she said sweet almond with a 10 minute wait. Then I had to choose a tip amount. Too bad. The mall looks like it’s holding its own. Too bad for the rotten egg or pretzel in this case. The owner who made the fresh pretzel put it in a nice bag and reminded me to take napkins. Stop asking for a tip when there is no service to table
Way too much butter on the pretzels. It was soaking through the bag. Went back a second time but it was worse than the first time. The two boys making the pretzels were scratching themselves with their gloves on. Do you think they changed their gloves, nope! I let the half dead looking cashier know. He took his time letting them know to change their gloves. They thought it was funny. Kept looking at me saying something & laughing. The boy on the left changed his gloves after waiting a few minutes but the boy on the right did not. Did they not take a food handler safety course or just don't care
So I was at the mall yesterday and I was getting Auntie Anne’s. When I walked up, I immediately noticed this manager yelling at this young woman. She wasn’t doing anything wrong as far as I know. All I heard was that she wanted to visit someone there. No one was distracted by her at all. She was just a regular paying customer asking a question nicely to a worker. The way the manager acted was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. She cried after that situation. I felt so bad for her after that. I can’t imagine how she is feeling right now after what happened. Lots of people left the line after that including myself. I went and got something else. No one should be treated like that. I will not ever support a business that treats their customers like that. Absolutely ludicrous. If you ever come here, please stay minimum 50 feet away from any Auntie Anne’s. You’ll regret going there.
the manager was incredibly rude. I was trying to make conversation with one of the workers who was clearly working really hard and had no break at all as it was really busy and he yelled at me to stop distracting his worker. I wasn’t being loud or anything and he was still working it’s not like he stopped to talk to me. what kind of a customer service business are you when you have people like that yelling at paying customers just for trying to brighten their workers day?? i wish i knew what the managers name was to expose his behavior, but please don’t support this location. I was beyond humiliated and he yelled at the worker as well when he did nothing wrong. unless you’d like to be disrespected, take your money elsewhere.
I witnessed the manager yell at a young girl a CUSTOMER while waiting in line. It was so unprofessional and embarrassing to be around. Everyone in line was disgusted by the managers behavior. I felt so terrible for her, i had to step out of line and didn’t buy anything. Who makes little girls cry? Apparently this company condones such behavior. Will be encouraging others to take their business elsewhere. What a rotten human. You work inside a MALL. Humble yourself.
The manager was so incredibly rude!! I would never expect as a customer to get cussed out and ridiculed while trying to order pretzels, will never go back. Will not suggest it to friends!
The manager is the rudest man I’ve ever met. Yelling at customers for talking to staff is incredibly inappropriate. Especially when the staff initiate the conversation. He has an anger problem and should not be in a managerial position at all.
witnessed the manager on more than one occasion treat other customers like garbage. i avoid this auntie anne's at all cost because the manager is such a MISERABLE person. maybe he should go work somewhere where he doesnt have to work with the public so no one has to deal with his horrible personality and terrible attitude.
i came in here while visiting from Lafayette and the manager or something just started yelling at this girl for seemingly no reason. she left crying so… i’m never coming back. i had already gotten my food but if i hadn’t i would’ve never eaten here. it also wasn’t good. lafayette is 100x better. disappointed.
Manager has serious anger issues and yells at customers who are just trying to be friendly with employees, accusing them of “distracting” them. Very strange behavior. Saw that he made a young girl cry by berating her…a paying customer. Sick.
