Auntie Anne's Pretzels Hamilton Place Mall

Description

It all started back in 1988 at a farmer's market in Downingtown, Pa., where Anne Beiler and her husband, Jonas, sold a variety of snacks, including hand-rolled, soft pretzels. Anne and Jonas tried different combinations of ingredients to make their pretzels until they found the one recipe that was better than the best, and the pretzel was perfected.
Auntie Anne's now has more than 1,200 locations in 44 states and 23 countries. Our pretzel line-up includes Original, Cinnamon Sugar, Almond, Garlic, Sour Cream & Onion, and Pepperoni. Pretzel Stix and Nuggets are a portable option for pretzel lovers on the go. We also serve fresh, hot Pretzel Dogs, Auntie Anne’s signature lemonade, and dips to compliment your favorite pretzel flavor.
Every year, we roll more than 97 million pretzels; that’s Pretzel Perfect!

"Our golden-brown soft pretzels are freshly baked and served hot out of the oven. Pair your sweet or salty treat with our original lemonade and our variety of dips. If you're looking for snacks for your party or event, call Auntie Anne's for all your snack catering needs. From party platters to pretzel buckets and sampler trays, our freshly baked delights are sure to be a hit at office meetings, birthday parties, and especially at weddings. Hot, golden-brown pretzels served fresh out of the oven and delicious lemonade."

Staff was friendly and joked around with us. Lemonade was delicious!
I walked up to the register and asked if I could get a Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel please. They didn't even speak. The pretzel was so hard you couldn't even chew it. This was about 3:45p. This place definitely needs management/owners to care more about their establishment. Google says it's temporarily closed but it's open.
I normally am very impressed with auntie anne's but I placed an online order for National pretzel Day to surprise my coworkers. I got the confirmation and everything, got a text telling me my order would arrive in 30 minutes, 30 minutes had passed and I received a text saying my order was cancelled because the store was closed. The email told me to call them so I did, it went straight to busy dial. I called the mall number instead be finally get through to someone telling me "They closed suddenly, we are unaware of the circumstances." I am very upset with how unprofessional this was on Auntie Anne's part, along with not even being able to get ahold of them. I have loved these pretzels forever but am very disappointed with my service today.
The quality of service here differs from day to day. Somedays, I have no problems enjoying a pretzel, and the staff is nice and considerate, other days, such as today, my lunch was ruined by multiple factors, such as the cheese I was given definitely not being normal and the staff's total disinterest in doing a good job at satisfying the customer. Most days however, are not like this, I've no idea what made today different from others.
Just TERRIBLE!!! Stood in line for 10 minutes to ask for a pretzel and was almost denied a certain topping because were about to close and already put the butter up! Then the guy sprayed grease on the pretzel, put the topping on it, then served it to me after they were acting all offended that I paid them to do their job. I will NEVER purchase anything from this place, again!!!
Great Rewards Program. Be sure to download the app. This is one of the best rewards programs that I have joined. It is a great snack. The customer service is NOT great, however. They are not friendly...very much want you in and gone. Make sure to check though that your pretzel is not overcooked.
Staff are incompetent and rude. Will ignore Doordashers and mobile orders. Art the Clown should visit the store.
They were not open at 11, apparently. Stood at the register only because the light was on, but did not get acknowledged by the man and woman behind the counter. I noticed they were prepping, but waited to get their attention so I could ask when they opened. They looked to my vacinity, yet workout eye contact turned their light off and continued to rudely ignore me. So, I told them to enjoy thir day and walked away. Still, no response. A simple comment would have gained a sale and a satisfied customer experience, "I'm sorry, we're running a bit late. We'd be glad to serve you in 10 minutes!" They didn't seem to be having a good start, but I hop they're day got better. This incident happened with the first shift workers on January 20th. Thank you.
Usually their ok. But everytime I go there I ask them to put extra seasoning on my roasted garlic and pretzels. They gererally never do. And today when they ask if I want salt on them or not I tell them no salt. What do they do? They put salt on it. Im sorry but the salt over powers the delicious taste of a roasted garlic pretzel
Why are they so mean? All I wanted was a pretzel
