Rude employee, now I shouldn't ostracize a company because of one bad employee especially in the current workers market, but with an hour left in store hours we were told what was made is all that is left. My girlfriend has been craving pretzel dogs for at least a month and we were willing to wait for them to be made, but the employee refused to make them after several requests. I was willing demand her bosses phone number, but we ended up just leaving with mediocre pretzel bites that were luke warm. I hope management addresses this policy of refusing food with an hour left of business.
i was walking past auntie anne’s and wasn’t even planning on buying anything when a worker there later found out was the manager katie jedi jumped over the counter summer salted onto the mall floor and screamed in my face calling me words that aren’t even in my vocabulary. the vulgar language and disgusting attitude made me unable to ever consume a soft pretzel ever again. disappointed and very sad with this experience.
The staff is very friendly and very nice people, the reason why I’m leaving it two stars is the pretzels. I’m not sure why but they are not any good at all anymore. They were super crunchy and not soft and I even asked for a soft pretzel. I’m not sure what happened but Auntie Anne’s doesn’t taste good anymore and that’s just very unfortunate.
The staff at the Millcreek Mall location are very nice. Garrett was very pleasant and cheerful and goes out of his way to please his customers and fellow associates. The food is very good too. Best place to get a Cinnabon cinnamon roll. I’ll be back again soon!
Ordered a drink. The girl gave me something different from what I asked for and I said “no, I didn’t order that.” I then showed her on the menu a picture of what I ordered….she added whipped cream on the top of the wrong drink she attempted to give me and said “have a nice day” I wasn’t going to fight with her at that point….she obviously didn’t care or knew what she was doing ‍ I just threw it out and went somewhere else
The food isn't fresh there. Also, some of the employees are snobby a couple of them gave me dirty looks and attitudes. I seen one employee drop a utensil and she didn't put it in the sink to wash it, she just put it back on the table. A couple of the employees didn't wash their hands. I recommend that don't go there
Delicious pretzels and great staff!
Great pretzels. Little pricey. Never seem to have pizza ones ready and have to wait. Only happened twice because we don't go to butler often. Could just be a coincidence.
hello so if i where you i wouldn’t buy from auntie ann’s because the give trashy business and they can go to hell and they are really bad people and they poured boiling hot cheese in my eyes and i am currently in the hospital blind and my mother is writing this for me.
They used to have melted cheese on sight for years. They recently changed to longer carrying it. Now they have disgusting prepackaged cheese only. They have your average pretezels. But that melted cheese would add so much. Why would they change to a clearly lesser cheap product and yet raise prices higher.
