Auntie Anne's Pretzels of the Johnstown Galleria

Horrible food! My peoples and I got some pretzels, I got the hotdog bites, and it was burnt, the warmer wasn’t even hot enough, the cheese tasted old and bad, the hotdogs were wet inside and sliding out, the pretzels tasted old and hard. Health inspectors need to investigate this place. I use to eat at this place a lot, I’ve had good snacks from this place before. This aunt Annie’s has went downhill. What a disappointment. Don’t eat here! Please don’t! It’s a health Hazard!!!

When I had started my order, the cashier working/taking our order was very rude. We had tried to describe one of the pretzels and she had gotten smart with us instead of helping us correctly identify it. When we had gotten our cheese dip it was really dark orange with water sitting on the top as of it was old.

Absolutely disgusted with the food. All very old in the showcase and wouldn’t wait two minutes to give us fresh pretzels. Gave me nasty old cheese, scrapped from the bottom of the pan and I told him I would have waited for fresh cheese please. And then forgot to give me my frozen lemonade. They were to concerned about making stock pretzels for there showcase than making an order for a paying customer. Told us it was going to take 30 mins for 2 orders of hotdogs bites.

The prices have gone up just like most things but they are still one of my favorites!! Love the original pretzel with cream cheese and the mini wrapped hotdogs are to die for

They had no hot cheese sauce. Pretzel was good

I know this mall isn't thriving as it once did, but I had to wait almost 10 mins for someone to come out the back of this place to take my order.

It suck it had hair in the food and tasted like garlic and poop and the soft pretzel was as hard as a rock
