It all started back in 1988 at a farmer's market in Downingtown, Pa., where Anne Beiler and her husband, Jonas, sold a variety of snacks, including hand-rolled, soft pretzels. Anne and Jonas tried different combinations of ingredients to make their pretzels until they found the one recipe that was better than the best, and the pretzel was perfected.

Auntie Anne's now has more than 1,400 locations in 48 states and 26 countries. Our pretzel line-up includes Original, Cinnamon Sugar, Almond, Roasted Garlic Parmesean, Sour Cream & Onion, and Pepperoni. Pretzel Stix and Nuggets are a portable option for pretzel lovers on the go. I was 9 months along when I visited. Even though it was almost closing time and they were out of the kind of pretzel I wanted, they prepared me a fresh batch and gave it to me for free, along with some of the other pretzels they had. Incredible hospitality and tasty fare.

Very disappointed in the service at this location.  There's a sign on the pretzel case says buy 4 get 2.  No * or fine print on the display card. They told us it's not a written rule but we have been told by the manager that they are not allowed to honor that on a weekend.  Technically the RCW require you too honor the advertising.  The worst part was how rude the girl was about it.  There are plenty of other ways to spend your hard earned money.  Pass on this joint. There is no excuse for bad customer service.  It wasn't like I was demanding or rude too There staff.

I like this place well enough, and the staff is super pleasant, but I’d highly highly suggest you advise staff to take breaks out of view. It’s super frustrating to be in line and see 2-3 staff members eating, talking, and standing at the end while an impatient line forms and one person is ringing out guests.  It feels really unfair to both the people in line and the person behind the counter who have to answer the question of why people are behind the counter but not helping with the line or eating! Besides this, fantastic, friendly team and I really enjoy saying hey to everyone, and I’ve never had a bad pretzel

I was there at about 820 and they were out of pretzels without salt and I was there to buy 6 of them. But they informed me that they weren't gonna be making any more for the night. All snooty. Ok?! And then the cheese was like they packaged it themselves and it was like some ghetto nacho cheese sauce from Walmart. And the pretzels we did end up getting were so nasty we just ended up throwing EVERYTHING away. Maybe if the invested 1/2 as much time chit chatting into their JOB you know the thing that they are getting PAID  TO DO... maybe then I would have left there happy. Needless to say I probably won't be going back to that auntie Anne's.

The customer service was cool, honestly not bad at all... but as soon as you taste those pretzels then it hits you these "pretzels" taste like cardboard legit those cheap frozen pretzels you find at Walmart or anywhere else are 100% better.

They are very friendly here. Always getting a good laugh and smile. I personally like the pretzel bites with either pepperoni or baby hot dogs

I give this place a 1 star because I tried to use a free coupon their but they said it's only accepted for the normal pretzels and the cinnamon pretzel sticks. I wanted the normal pretzel sticks but they wouldn't take it, even though their the same price! Be aware when you use coupons at this place.

Call security on a guy for standing in the wrong place called security on me for saying they were being passive aggressive when they said they were being passive aggressive

Went there 9 months preggo. Really needed a pretzel but they were out of what I wanted and it was close to closing, but they still made me a couple fresh ones and gave it to me for free plus some of the other pretzels they had. Super nice people and delicious food.

Very nice customer service. Really fresh pretzels. They were just getting done. Nice they gave me the fresh ones instead of the ones that had been sitting. Great frozen lemonade!!
