She's the best stylist I've ever had in my lifetime and I've been getting my hair done for 35 yrs by many stylists! She listens and is meticulous.  Very knowledgeable!!! Cut and color on point and beautiful!!!  Always happy when I leave the salon after Joleen has done my hair.  She's a wonderful person to talk to about life and all the things! I love her!

My regular stylist different salon had a family emergency and had to cancel, and dumb me had waited until the last minute before vacation to get my hair done. I called Aura and found that SKYY had just had a cancellation.  I think I've found a hair wizard. Even though the Aura reviews were great, past hair disasters have made me wary about walking in off the street to a totally new salon. I'm sooo grateful I sucked it up and went for it.  She somehow understood my garbled description of what I wanted and made it look even better than I was hoping. Waterfall cut, I think is what she called it?  I'd stopped coloring my fairly thick but frustratingly fluffy hair once COVID hit, and though I'm committed to no more coloring, I mourned feeling fancy after a salon visit.  I feel fancy again! I LOVE my hair and I LOVE Victoria! She does a great job and you can tell she enjoys what she does which makes it more fun to get your hair done  She listens and she helps talk you through her process. I plan on staying a client of hers for a very long time

Laura is great! She always listens to what I want and delivers great results with each session for highlights, cut, and style. She's friendly and always makes me feel comfortable. It's for all of these reasons I keep returning to see her!

I used to come to this location when it was still Shades and followed my old stylist to her private shop… that is until I met Veronica! She is amazing and extremely talented! I’ve seen her twice and both times I have been more than in love with my bangs! She is AMAZING!Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

I hate leaving bad review as I know it's not good for any small business but I think people would benefit from knowing about my experience. I got a haircut that I'm very disappointed with. My hair was cut in 6 minutes, straightened, and in the end, there was maybe another ~1 minute of "refinement". It is completely choppy, uneven, asymmetrical, and unfortunately sloppy. My hair stylist Hailee did not seem to care about details or did not attempt to fine tune her work. I have gotten layers done my whole life and this was just the most careless one I've gotten.  What's interesting is that the management sends you an automated email afterwards asking you to rate and describe your experience, but they do not take any of your feedback seriously or try to contact you to resolve your problem. INSTEAD, when I left a review for them, THEY DELETED MY REVIEW, encouraging me to write a stronger one. I thought maybe Hailee was possibly just having a bad day. But at this point, it looks like this business does not understand customer care all together. For that, I'm taking an extra star off my original review and Do Not recommend you to visit Aura salon!Service:&nbsp;Haircut

Maryssa always does amazing work with my hair! Her positive attitude and good energy makes the experience at Aura Salon -Blue even better! I am so appreciative of the time and patience she has while working her magic during each appointment to get the color I want AND keep my hair healthy and soft. Skyy did an amazing job! She listened to all my concerns, and took those into account when I showed her my inspo pictures. Gave me a realistic idea of what she can do and then gave recommendations on what we can do to improve on my concerns! It was a great experience! I LOVE my haircut!Service:&nbsp;Haircut
