I booked a trip to the DR through Au Revoir. Who knew that a snow storm would hit and our flight would be canceled? Kelly was able to set up a new flight and contact the resort and get my days extended because of the set back. I was upset when my flight was canceled because I thought my trip would be cut short of the snow. Thank you Kelly for making my birthday an enjoyable experience!
