Me and my daughter just had my teeth cleaning done here.. great staff, kid friendly and warm people I must say. Dr. Faisal and Ms. Sufiya both are just wonderful.. I experienced the best dental cleaning!!

If I tried to explain the level of professionalism and care that I received on every visit, I probably wouldn't give it due justice. "Everyone's Awesome!" So you'll have to try them out for yourself. I wanted to write a different review for yet another "Awesome" visit I had today 5/18/23! Again; I can't express how I continue to be pleased with the elite service that receive, on every visit I make to Aurora Dentistry. From the moment you walk in and you're welcomed with a warm hello from Angela and the crew at the front desk, to the welcoming of the assistant that takes you to your room. And just when you think it can't get any better, you're taking care of by who I consider "Best In Class at what she does Dr. Liu, again, The Best!!! So thank you and your supporting cast for making my visit to the dentist a pleasant experience.

I have been searching for a reliable dentist since I moved here from California 7.5 years ago, but I had a few bad or mediocre experiences until I found Dr. Lu. Let's start with my friend's case. She moved to Allen and switched to a prestigious dentist who unfortunately caused her a bad infection and a fever just two weeks after the visit. It was incredibly painful, and the Allen dentist couldn't provide an urgent appointment. In desperation, she called her old dentist, Dr. Lu, for help. Fortunately, Dr. Lu was willing to see her after hours due to the emergency. The infection was severe, and if she had come in a few days later, she might have lost her teeth. As for myself, I had a chipped molar and went to two other dentists who both recommended a crown due to the size of the chip. However, when I sought a third opinion from Dr. Lu, she was the only one who noticed that I had a similar chipped molar on the other side of my mouth, which had been treated with a filling. Dr. Lu agreed that the area was too large, but she also recognized that because of the similarity on the other side, we could give filling a try first, taking a conservative approach. It took her only 20 minutes, and my chipped tooth is still going strong 3 years later. I highly recommend Dr. Lu for her skills and honesty. In conclusion, Dr. Lu has been a lifesaver for both my friend and me. Her prompt and attentive care in an emergency and her honest approach to treatment options have earned her my trust and highest recommendation.

We certainly love this place. The one star is less due to the reason they are already full on Saturdays 7 months in advance in 2022. This is what happens when you take more customers exceeding your ability to provide service to your existing customers. I really don’t want to go to anywhere else as we certainly love this place. I would expect management will improve the availability for your loyal customers for years on Saturdays as we don’t want kids to skip classes due to dentist not available on Saturdays for the next 7 months.

The dentist is wonderful. She is so professional and knowledgeable. Take time to listen and explain everything. She and her staff are friendly. My wife even switched to her. She is also great with kids. I took my 1 year old for her first "check-up" and she was great with her! If you need a dentist, highly recommend Dr. Liu and Aurora Dentistry!

Dr. Liu and the staff are very patient, friendly and knowledgeable. I switched to Aurora dentistry since 2019 and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Dr. Liu helped me with one crown, three veneers and many other dental care. In particular, when I meet some problems during/after the treatment, she is very willing to check the issues, explain the situation, and listen to patients’ thoughts. I highly recommend Aurora dentistry and have referred it to many friends. Angela in the office is also very friendly and process the payment responsibly with the insurance company.

My wife and I both love this dentistry and have been going here for a few years. Dr. Liu is talented, professional, intelligent, positive, communicates very clearly, and most importantly, genuinely cares about her patients and gives generously of her time and attention to ensure that you understand all the relevant information about your condition, options, etc. "Danny" Danielle did our last few cleanings, and my wife and I love her as well: she is a great communicator, friendly, exhibits great focus and control, and at the same time quick and efficient, but never feeling rushed. All her staff is great, really. Their facilities are nice. The use modern equipment but don't charge high prices. We really haven't found anything to complain about. Highly recommend!

Me, my wife, and two sons 8 and 13 go here. Its only been 2 months but we are very pleased. Very professional. Very nice. Very good with kids. She goes through everything in detail with you, laying out all your options, while giving her recommendations. I don't feel like she tries to sell services that you don't need, unlike many other dentists. Highly recommend.

They were amazing. I hate going to the dentist, but they made me feel comfortable here and were super nice. They were very thorough and explained everything in detail. I will be making this my regular dentist, even after moving farther away. Definitely recommend.

Doctor Liu is super kind and patient. All the staff are nice as well. I had my gum treatment here. I recommended my family this place and would recommend others as well.
