Aurora Health Center Six Points

Hands down the worst medical service I have ever had. I f I could give zero stars I would. Well over 50% of my visits I had to come back because of errors on their part, costing my time and money and putting my health at risk. The final straw was letting a vaccination expire with I caught and had to return for. Along with a perception that they forgot to refill. When I called to get the prescription refilled they screwed that up and gave me a 30 day instead of 90. This cost more more time and money due to the extra trip to the Pharmacy and the lack of discount on the smaller prescription order. I have also caught discrepancies in my medical records on when I received vaccinations and one return visit not even being on record. If they are making this many mistakes that I can catch, how many are going unnoticed? I have completely lost all confidence in their ability. I have tried to talk to management about these matters leaving several messages with no return calls. IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH, TIME, AND MONEY, DO NOT USE THIER SERVICES!!!

Used urgent care. Needed info for fileing short term disability. Nurse reported she did not see me at their urgent care thus declining to fill out paperwork. Short term disability casemanager laughed as they were able to see that the nurse did take care of me. Another urgent care visit when i was seen for possible kidney stone. Health care worker ie doc/nurse?? She told me i wouldn't be walking in there if i had a kidney stone. She treated me with antibiotics and flowmax just in case. She gave directive if i spiked a fever go to ER. I spiked a fever and was septic with a kidney stone.

Most staff are exceptional; Dr Crumbliss and Dr Bauer are TOP NOTCH and I would not hesitate to recommend either of them. They are competent, thorough, professional and caring. Lab, imaging and pharmacy on site. Ample parking, on main bus route.

I go here for all my doctors appointments. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

My doctor and my son's doctor are here they are pretty good at getting you in when you need an appointment and calling back for info

I have been sick since December 27 and been calling my doctor there and I still haven’t seen or gat a call back from her. Very disappointing

I have been going to this clinic for over 17 years.Before it was relocated I have always been happy with the service and it always had a clam and professional atmosphere... The last two times I stayed quiet. But enough is enough today I Treated horrible but one of the receptionist an older Miserable looking white lady with glasses.. I get it everybody has a bad day once in awhile, But this is the third time that you have made me have one. It just sucks all around I dread coming to my regular doctor visits because of her!!!

I love this place. staff is always friendly and helpful You have to give respect to earn respect. Most of the people giving bad reviews don’t have common sense and if they know so much why are they going to see a doctor. Also if your complaining about insurance than you obviously don’t know how insurance works and I suggest you contact your insurance company before making appointments and get the breakdown of what’s covered and what you will owe out of pocket.

I've had consistently professional care here for a number of years. Dr. Bustos my primary does an excellent job. Blood work, getting test results, even stress treatment after the death of my parents, has all been first rate. Very happy with them.

My Doctor there is wonderful the clinic it self is nice.
