The worst hospital to EVER come to , I’m pregnant and still waiting on the lobby since. 7pm it is now 9pm everybody that came in after he went and got a room before me and IM PREGNANT WTH KIND OF HOSPITAL IS THIS!!! NEVER AGAIN EVERRRRRR ITS LIKE YOU HAVE TO BE DYING IN ORDER TO BE SEEING ! IM SO FREAKING READY TO GET UP AND EXPLODE IN HERE HONESTLY
Went in for emergency surgery. From the time in the ER to being admitted to surgery and then discharge later. Every one was very nice and helpful, they were very pleasant to talk to. First time I have been admitted to a hospital and I enjoyed my time in the hospital. Great staff. Only complaint is I think the hospital needs more nurses and CNAs as they seemed spread thin at times.
I've been apart of this hospital for 9 years. Within the last year, they lost my daughter's records. Telling me she hasn't been a patient there in 2 years when we just transferred patient care to a new doctor 2 months ago. Now I call the 24/7 nurses hotline, no one available the phone rings, plus they transferred me to ER which the lady who picked up was very unprofessional. I'm not happy with how thing are running, and all I wanted was a little guidance which is something you guys do. Her telling me she can't help me was really unprofessional. Upsetting do better
I had a very good experience here. Definitely didn't share the same negative experiences as I see in a lot of these reviews. I checked in online and was seen within 10 minutes of arriving for urgent care. The doctor was friendly and helpful. The reception was nice. Good experience
Would never choose this place for my mother or anyone again. Emergency room wait is insane, but I never minded the wait before primarily because as a nurse myself I understand prioritizing. But after seeing the treatment being involved with my mother i can say with full confidence this should be the absolute last place to go if your desperate. My mother was taken 5 hours prior to me getting there with high blood sugar, shakes almost reaching 605 I got out of work went there to only hear that shes been sitting in a wheelchair in a waiting room with 6 other people with only one bag of fluid no insulin, no medication at all in 5 hours. They only came to switch her to a bed even with spinal injuries when I got there makes me wonder the amount of people with no families that most likely get left untreated. The front desk representative working today at 7:45pm 12-15-22 was rude, trying to explain how my mother of age 42 name should be pronounced because thats the correct way. All in all I’ve been here 3 times all bad times yes my fault for going but not anymore.
Trying to find the emergency room was a nightmare. No signs except at the ER entrance itself. Not even posted on the main sign. My elderly sister needed immediate care and I lost critical minutes trying to find it. It's way off the main building. Had to stop and ask someone. Tried sending a message to the main website but it won't go through because it said I have "trailing spaces." Fortunately my sister was ok but it could have been a very different outcome. The care itself was very good but finding that care was a nightmare. In such high stress situations it should be easy to find an ER. I'm very upset.
All the workers I have met there have been super polite and friendly. However, they need to work on there ER department because my daughter had a UTI, which they failed to diagnose, but another ER diagnosed and treated. That's just one example.
I went to this healthcare provider for treatment. While the treatment was excellent, they failed to update my address multiple times when I was there and then sent my medical information and billing to an unauthorized address. After I did not receive a bill they sent it to a collection agency, they were not remorseful when I spoke to the staff member. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB. Aurora leaks protected info.
I was seen in the emergency room last night after a long wait. The staff was absolutely amazing. I especially want to thank Angela S RN and Dr. John Meister. These two were more than kind. I knew that I was in good hands.
When a patient comes to the ER. Don’t take their phone for SI. Don’t leave them to sit in silence. That’s horrible. Then when discharging them ask if they are safe and feel comfortable being discharged. You never did that… that’s a liability.
