I would give a negative if I could. I bought  a circuit breaker for almost $250 that lasted less than 6 months. Got my electrician to inspect it and he said it was defective since it was heating up too hot. He was afraid it could start a fire! I called  customer service to see if there was anything they can do and all I got was a sorry. We’re not responsible!!!! Worst custom service ever! I’ll take my shopping else where !!!! I thought I was gonna support Canadian company but now I’ll just stick to the big box stores that have warranty on the products they sell! STAY AWAY!!!!!!

I ordered a T8 bulb online from them, thinking I'd support a Canadian business rather than some big mega corporation. Plus hey, maybe it'd ship here quicker/safer! Unfortunately despite being the same specs on the burnt out bulb I was replacing, it didn't fit and I asked if I could return the bulb in its original packaging to them for a refund.  They told me yes, and I mailed it out within that same week. I paid for the shipping back to them as they didn't state otherwise. In total the original purchase + return shipping cost around $45.... When they refunded me, they sent me $10. I tried talking with their customer support about the FULL refund since the item is completely intact and returned to them, but they refused saying "We are a small online company, not Amazon". I would even be content if they refunded just the original purchase, and not the return shipping. But no.  I will NEVER buy from them again. I feel completely swindled and out $35 just for the "privilege" of trying to buy from their company. Buyer beware, it really isn't worth it if you can help it.

So happy to find they stock Leviton 3 way led lighted switches here, good value.

I ordered 2 bulbs MR16 120v50W EXC/N that are difficult to find. Delivery took a few days. When I received the bulbs I found out it was 12 volts instead of 120 volts. I did not notice that but when i plugged one of the bulbs it burned out. I contacted Bulbspro in the middle of Fryday afterrnoon and they fixed my problem in less than 10 minutes. The replacement bulbs were shipped no charge in the same afternoon. On Monday three days later I received my 120 volts bulbs. Transaction was super smooth and Customer Service Lady was really respectuous, kind and efficient. The bulbs are perfect and I am happy. I fully recommend Bulbsppro anmd i will make business again.

Terrible customer service. You can’t return and exchange the item.even you try to.read the return policy carefully and buying with them.highly not recommend shop.

The best service and loaded stock in GTA. One of the few electrical supply store opened on Sunday. If you have any emergency situation and need parts, that’s the one you have to go. Professional advice and unbelievable stocked items.
