Chicago/Aurora Municipal Airport is a public airport opened in April 1966, located in the village of Sugar Grove, Illinois, United States, 8 miles west of the city of Aurora, both in Kane County. The airport is owned and operated by the City of Aurora. It is 50 miles west of Chicago and is designated as a reliever airport for Chicago's O'Hare and Midway airports.
Although most U.S. airports use the same three-letter location identifier for both the FAA and IATA, Chicago/Aurora Municipal Airport is assigned ARR by the FAA and AUZ by the IATA. The airport's ICAO identifier is KARR.

This is a well-maintained and towered airport. It has several large hangers that appear to be in good shape.  The runway and grounds are all in very good condition. There are several flight schools on the airport’s property.  The location is very convenient as well.

Best experience i ever had thank you

I get my Learjet 85 detailed here on the weekends.  One time prior to landing I watched Top Gun.  I buzzed the tower and watched the air traffic controller spill his coffee.  Later when the FAA threatened to take my plane I brought up the movie.  They understood and all charges were dropped.

Aurora Municipal Airport looks like a very good airport to me I was just there delivering some equipment and material for a company I work for that they were working at a parking lot we do good work
