I am so pleased with the service and I mean real, authentic, old-fashioned service that we got from this pharmacy and especially Alex, the pharmacist on duty when we went to have a prescription filled. I will not go into lots of detail, but in order to help my sister with her prescription, he had to make 5 phone calls and came out to talk to us all 5 times. He bent over backwards to help us get what she needed. When we went back to pick up the actual medicine later, Matthew was the pharmacist on duty. He was also very courteous, respectful and helpful. We had been treated poorly at another pharmacy earlier in the month and are VERY happy we chose to go to this Aurora pharmacy. Thank you Alex and Matthew.
This pharmacy has the rudest staff I have ever dealt with. I had dropped of a prescription on 12/6/16 at noon and my doctor sent over papers for the insurance.at 6 pm I called and my prescription still wasn't ready I asked why is wasn't ready the pharmacist said that "your prescription would have to wait until tomorrow". I asked why he said I'm not sick enough without that med I could go into seizures he said that.i was argumentative and that he couldn't get to it because he was on the phone. I called back several times after that and spoke with several different people and I had total different excuses for the reason they would not fill it. It is now the day after. My husband went to pick up the script they said would be ready this morning and they still did not have it ready. My husband ended up losing 3 hours of pay today and I still do not have my prescription. I hope no one else has to suffer like this....I never have been treated this poorly before. I have used Aurora pharmacy and physician for 15 years. It's so sad that I got treated this way after all this time. Good luck to you and God Bless
I always have good experiences everytime I come in. The only bad experiences I've had you could say is when I'm already waiting on my prescription and people try to rush the techs to get their prescription out before anyone else's. I will say I've waited long times though. They are a busy location.
I normally don’t leave reviews for businesses but I had such a bad experience that I had to immediately. Recently got my wisdom teeth taken out and have had the worst luck with them. 2 dry sockets, now followed by an infection. After waking up to horrible pain this morning, was treated by my doc then given a script for penicillin, which needed to be filled ASAP. As always, I went to my usual pharmacy, who I know is usually behind. I was already in tears due to the immense pain when I walked into the clinic. I was greeted by a pharm tech who I had never seen before. After handing this young woman who I believe is named Jasmine my script and explaining that I needed it filled ASAP, while still in tears, the response I got was shocking. “Well, it’ll be about 30 minutes and I don’t even know if we have this.” She said with attitude. I explained how I couldn’t do that since I needed to get back to work soon, was in horrible pain, and needed to start treatment now according to my surgeons instructions. She handed the paper back to me and stated, “Then I can’t help you.” I proceeded to walk out in even more tears than when I walked in. Went immediately to the Aurora pharmacy at the Urgent Care in Franklin on Loomis. They immediately filled my script and even apologized for the horrific treatment from the last pharmacy. Go to the pharmacy on Loomis. Don’t bother with the Edgerton location. Most likely will be disappointed every time.
really knowledgeable and helpful staff and pharmacists, will remind you of side effects even if you’ve taken the medication before to make sure you stay well. impressive and dedicated in my book
