NEVER GO HERE. I usually don't leave reviews, but I feel I have to with mess of an experience I had here. I came for a minor emergency about a year ago. After over five hours of waiting which is expected even if they really weren't packed busy, I was finally seen by a doctor for maybe THREE minutes. She wasn't very friendly, getting annoyed when I requested a note which I would need to go back to work. Overall, she was in then out, saying she'd be back without any explanation as to what she thought was wrong. Then the nurse not the doctor who I never saw again comes in with a printed GOOGLE SEARCH of what was wrong and how to treat it. No one went over it with me, they just handed me the google search and asked for insurance info. before sending me home. That's it. A few weeks later get a bill for over $500 despite being covered by TWO insurances. Part of the bill was for simply being checked in and the second was for the doctor that saw me for three minutes. It would be one thing to have terrible service at the cost of any emergency room, but to get that big of a bill afterwards despite insurance? It's not worth it, just go somewhere else where you'll be treated decently please
Went three times for a cat wound, the third time I walked out. They admitted they don’t see people in order and I was in excruciating pain. They seemed to not care about their patients. Maybe if they’d given me iv antibiotics the first time I wouldn’t have had to go back another two times. I am updating my post as things have progressed over the last few days. I was told I had to come back to get 3 other rabies booster shots, which is fine. The woman who told me it was required made it sound like it would be an in and out thing to get the booster, zip zip and I’d be done. The first booster shot was exactly that. They had me waiting about 20-30 minutes they gave me the vaccine in the triage area and I was out no problem. Then came booster number 3. I came back at 7 pm because of my schedule. They felt the need to admit me, triage me, have me wait in the waiting area for an hour and a half. They took me back to a room of my own where I waited another half hour. So a total of two hours for a booster vaccine. Talk about ridiculous. It would be nice if the procedure was the same every time instead of no one seeming to know what they are doing.
The one star is generous. This is an urgent care not an ER, and a horrible one at that. Go elsewhere if you want care, or even like to stay alive. From desk to radiology to “provider” an absolute joke. The downtown location, however, was absolutely fantastic the two instances I required. It’s worth the drive!
Hi my name is Mark Mossuto. I need to share this with others. I went to another ER with 3 broken ribs, screaming in pain, could not breath well. Waited for1.5 grs. No one cared. Walked out with two people helping me. My fiancé took me here to deaconess multicare. Listen folks, these people are outstanding. Went 10 fold the extra mile to diagnose me and make sure I was not internally bleeding. I was x rayed several times and had cat scan. 3 broken ribs and severe damage and brusing on lungs. Thank you guys so very much, I have never experienced such amazing people. Kindness , caring and professionalism. I can't thank you enough. You saved me. I will reach out to administration and extend my thanks. These people are absolutely Saints.
I've been sitting here with black widow spider bite muscles are cramping up, sweaty disoriented tired my hands on fire and they're treating me like I'm low priority. I waited for an hour and 45 minutes and I'm not over exaggerating I literally stepped out to my vehicle to communicate with work and as soon as I stepped out then they call me nobody bothered to grab me and they said we're not going to come looking for you! And put me back on the waiting list. The secretary was very non-compassionate and had to avoid her sarcasm to me and when I tried to make a complaint they said you can bring that up with your doctor. I'm embarrassed to say I used to work security for this company and I know how they are so Johnny on the spot. All I did for 12 hours a day is watch these guys sit on their cell phones and move as slow as a snail. None of the staff or the company itself cares about their patients or even the concern of my state of mind as I'm freaked out because I've never been bitten by a black widow.
Absolutely awful. The receptionist was rude upon arrival. The doctor came In the room for less then 5 minutes. Didn't check my throat or ears. Diagnosed it as a cold. When my cough has worsened and hasn't gotten better. The whole reason why I went in. The follow up lady was just as rude. I would stay away at all costs***** UPDATE. I ended up in the er on Sunday qith chest pains and a way worsened cough. they found out I had bronchitis. So frustrated even more with multicare deaconess knowing I could have been feeling way better 4 days sooner and wouldn't end up in the er. *****
I had to come here because of an abscess tooth. We came to Thanksgiving from out of town and I ended up needing pain meds and an antibiotic. The ENTIRE staff was amazing. I've never been treated with so much respect from medical professionals
Was so busy but understand except they marked that I left and so I waited over 3 hours to figure out their mistake for them. Then I've lived here my whole life and have been in the computer and they couldn't find me so I had to do a new account also. The staff was apologetic.
Never had a bad experience at this hospital. They know me too well. I go in at least 3 times a month and get a cocktail for my migraines. I don't go in until I can't stand it any longer.
Worst service I've ever had. They ask me about pain and take back people after me several hours eating snacks. I was in the room for 30 mins and they didn't even help me after 3 hours of waiting. Rude staff. Not happy at all. Worst er I've been to
