Alex Austin is the founder and managing attorney of the Austin Law Group.

Our principal areas of practice involve the representation of businesses, individuals and groups of artists, architects, filmmakers, musicians, managers, producers and a diverse array of non-profit and for profit companies. We counsel on business formation and operation, land use, protection of intellectual property rights, all forms of contract negotiation, as well as real estate and estate planning. We also have expertise in LGBT issues and dispute resolution.
Austin Law Group also serves as an Art Gallery space for visual artists with quarterly art shows and openings.
