I have been booking vacations through Envoye since 1999. I have never had a problem getting my vacation package. Rhonda, is awesome! She has helped with my vacation trips since 2011. My family and I enjoy traveling, and Rhonda has always helped with my plans/packages. I continue to book with Envoye.
Didn't receive prompt service. Started well in advance because we knew my son would have problems getting his passport until the last minute. We started by describing what we were going to need and exactly what flights we needed, even gave the flight numbers. We first spoke and emailed with Jodi 3 months ahead of schedule to ensure that she was able to work on our expedited schedule. Now the date has come and no responses. Call and she says she's working on it. No emails, no tickets, no service. I expected that 3 months notice would be sufficient to ensure everyone knew the tight schedule we would be on. I called another local agent and they accommodated us with tickets on the same day. Maybe $2000 plane tickets aren't enough for them to be bothered with.
Oh my gracious!! Booked a Disney Cruise with Rhonda at Envoye travel and from the very beginning of the booking it has been beyond amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and perfect for us! Absolutely cant wait to book another cruise with her in the near future!!!
We recently booked a Disney vacation with Rhonda. We had a wonderful experience! We had a lot of questions and several changes as we were ironing out details. we had two bad experiences with Envoy travel. My fiancé went in and spoke with Lindsey and she told him she would email him the details and options, three days later still had not heard from her or received any information. I then called and spoke with her on the phone and she once again promised to email me package options within the hour. It's now been a week and neither of us have heard from her which I find very unprofessional. So we went through groupon and have already booked our honeymoon with them.
Found them through the bridal showcase and owner was super friendly so decided to book our honeymoon to Paris, France here. Went through a woman named Jodi and it was the worst experience. I spoke with her and told her everything we wanted and she gave me one quote which was reasonable then decided to extend it for 1 more day and never heard back from her. It took a few weeks to a month for her to respond and when she did the dates were incorrect for the week before. Decided to go through another travel agency since they were so unorganized. Do not recommend.
This year I discovered the value of using a professional travel agency in two very dramatic ways. Being retired and recently reconnected with my High School sweetheart has made travel more appealing and more possible than ever in the past. After booking several trips on my own I decided there must be an easier way. That’s when I thought of contacting Envoy Travel. Having met the previous owner and learning about their tours and travel tips on the radio over the years I made the call and set up an appointment with the new owner, Amy Locke. She learned from the best, so I could tell right off that I was in good hands. We wanted to arrange a trip to Paris to see my sweetheart’s daughter, an opera singer, appear at Notre Dame during a choir tour. She booked our flights and offered to get back with us so she could do some research on a ideal place for us to stay during our visit. She called the next day to ask if we would consider staying in a Bed and Breakfast. We liked that idea. Knowing I was an artist, she actually found a B&B in the building where Van Gough lived with his brother. Staying there will make this already heavily anticipated trip all the more special. I knew right away I had made a good choice. A month or so later I drove to San Antonio to join my sweetheart for a trip to Cancun, a trip we had booked before meeting Amy. The following morning I realized I had left my passport in my printer back in Lubbock after making a copy. In a panic I called Amy to see if she had any idea how I could get it to me so we wouldn’t have to cancel or delay our trip. She said, “Let me check with my team and I’ll call you right back.” Within a few minutes she called back with two solutions. FedEx could expedite it for a good deal of money, or Southwest could get it on a plane as cargo so I could pick it up that afternoon for a reasonable fee of $75...all thing considered. So I was able to call my brother with explicit directions and instructions to get it to the airport and sure enough I was able to pick up my passport later that afternoon at the Southwest Cargo facility. Trip saved! Now that’s service. Envoye Travel has all of our future travel business...hands down.
We used Envoye to book our trip to Disneyland. Amy L. was so helpful and just great all around. If i had any questions she got back to me quickly which made this trip amazing. We will definitely be using Envoye again for all our travel needs! -Cynthia P.
