It generally takes a lot for me to leave a review, whether it's a stupendous review or a bad one. Unfortunately, this is a bad one. I've had the ultimate membership since August and I wash my car 2-4 times a month. Originally my service was awesome and the car was cleaned great. The past few visits / months I've seen a major decrease with the interior cleaning and I assumed it's because I always went when it was busy. However today was quite the opposite; I was the only car there. 2-3 gentlemen took about 12 minutes to clean my car usual timing but it was the worst I've experienced. You can see in the photos there is a lot of dust / dirt in many areas. Very disappointed with today's visit. If this is how interior cleanings will continue to go I will either downgrade my membership or look into other options. Besides today and the past few visits I've never had an issue and genuinely like this place so I'm giving it 3 stars to be fair. Solely off of today's visit it would easily be 1 star.
Horrible car wash. I paid for the $27 most expensive inside and out wash. I pointed out that they didn’t clean mirrors, missed spots on windshield, back window especially, as well as several places around my Jeep. I don’t expect a detail but I expect it to be properly cleaned and if pointed out corrected. I would never recommend this place. Customer service cost 3 stars and poor quality an additional 1.
I've been coming here for years. Was beginning to become dissatisfied with service, but needed a wash badly today and stopped by again to give them another chance. They not only raised the prices by 3 dollars, but my car was still filthy in the back. The vacuum where I parked was fine on the passenger side, but the driver's side had absolutely no suction. They say "towel dry" service but that was 15 seconds of them lightly going over my windows, and that was it? I would have left and not paid if I had known and they had jacked the prices by $3, but I had already parked and used the vacuums and felt it would be rude to leave. Wish they had changed their advertising on the main road to let people know the price increase. Will not ever return, I'd rather go to a self service car wash.
Purchased the Ultimate package, was dissatisfied with both interior and exterior results. Five minute job, not worth $27.
Do not go here. They scratched interior of brand new car, and then claim that they never clean interior of side doors in any plans. They lie and they know it. Do not recommend this place. Stay fancy from it.
My go-to car wash is currently closed for renovations so I decided to try this place out. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Autawash did just as great of a job as the place I normally go, but for almost half the price! And they were much faster too. I usually pay $47 to get my SUV washed-my normal place applies a surcharge for the size of my vehicle and separate fee to spray off my rubber mats. Autawash charged me only $27 for everything! Granted you do have to pull your car into the wash on your own, but they do everything else once you get out. I'll be going here from now on for the savings and comparable quality
We have had a monthly plan for several years. It's worth every penny. The staff are very friendly and do a great job. They prewash the hard to reach places to ensure every wash is a perfect wash. Washing your vehicle every day after it snows or rains makes a huge difference in keeping it free of corrosion.
Great wash for my 2017 F150! Super clean! Friendly and helpful staff. Wash, dry, vacuum and wipe down the interior for less than $30! Great price.
Very CLEAN & EVERYTHING in working order!!! Manager[I assumed] was onsite upon my arrival & greeted with a smile & wave as he carried on his preventative maintenance, checks & services.
