I had a great experience with Auto Concepts! I saw the car online on Saturday, went to look at it and was allowed to test drive and check it out to make sure the car ran well! Everything worked as promised, and Mike was great in getting the car ready for me to pick up much sooner then expected! I came home today with my dream car at a great price and am very happy with the help Mike gave us to get my car as quick as I did!

Let me tell y’all something. This is the first car I’ve ever bought from a dealer and was doing my due diligence searching for the right family car for me and my husband and future son. A close friend recommended this place and we had the absolute best experience. Mike Garro helped us through the process of picking our car, explaining everything we needed to know about purchasing a used car and the car we chose is amazing. He’s an honest man and he made us feel comfortable and at ease with our purchase. I highly recommend this company.
This was my first experience with a used car dealer as I have leased every car/suv I have ever had. Mike Garro is awesome. When I first stepped foot on the lot, he made you feel comfortable and no pressure what so ever. He gave me the keys and said take it for a test ride. Again, no pressure what so ever. When I decided to purchase, he helped me through the entire process including the financing part. It was ridiculously easy. And he is very trustworthy which is a major factor for me. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. He responded to all my questions even when he wasn’t at work! Mike Garro was excellent and when I go to look for another used car, I am going right back to Auto Concepts. Excellent!
Mike, is great Sales men and gentlemen to me. He helped me throughout the whole financing process and banking. He made me feel very welcoming and did not try to take advantage, since I was a young first time buyer. Great Private Dealer And great Business.
Dealing with Mike was great. We handled most of the leg work over the phone and when I showed up, it was essentially sign and drive. It came out to a fair payment on a really nice truck. Hoping for the best with it.
Michael was wonderful from start to finish. I came from another local dealer that simply did not have my best interest. It has been a breath of fresh air dealing with someone in this industry that puts his clients first. Thank you Michael for your effort. I am now officially an owner of a beautiful car.
