they are so full of u know what, i was told 1000 is not enough to get a car. they told me to bring 1600 and they still did not get me a car! they wanted much for a car, that was the oldest in there so called line-up. the donuts were stale as well. i cant count on my one hand how many cars were there!
I can't waite to finish paying my truck off I'm definitely coming back to buy another they help me out when they can and they don't hassle you
Change my rating due to the fact that after paying for the vehicle the very same day and only owing 3 payments until paid off completely the engine went. No help no let's get you in something else and transfer your last few payments no we can help let's figure something out it was NOT OUR PROBLEM. I then had to pay off the useless vehicle so that I could scrap it for the equivalent of nothing, and scrounge to find a new vehicle, they just completely left me stranded with no help or way out needless to say we went elsewhere for our new vehicle.
Best people around would recommend them to anyone! definitely 5/5 for me I love auto they give you a break if they know you’re trying i greatly appreciate them!
This place is great. It can be very nerve wracking trying to find an auto finance place that you can trust, especially the smaller ones. These guys are great! We financed an excellent running used vehicle from here a couple years ago still running great. The initial finance process was smooth. These guys work with you to get you the best possible deal. They are so personable and always so pleasant and that doesn't change even after the 'deal' is done. You can feel a sense of small business pride here that is comforting.
Really needed a car did not have a lot to put down..... "Champagne taste on a Beer Budget". They worked with me....I got a 03 Jeep Liberty.... couple of problems with it... went to then had it fixed. Had to move out of State 1600 miles got there no problem. Kept up the maintenance. Had my ups and downs never missed a payment until recently... Bank error.....I communicated with then had Bank call... issue resolved.It has been 2 years, in 2 months the car will be paid for in full....Still running great! I really enjoyed working with Auto Finance Center... Thanks John & Eddy. I would recommend then to anyone. They have your back.... just keep your promise to pay on time.
10/10 would shop here again. They got me a great car at a great price and let me pick my payment and loan term. I test drove 3 cars, and they offered me great prices on all of them! I will buy my next car here too.
Went in past couple of days working with them to try and get a vehicle to get me back and forth to work. Yesterday 8/31/16 My fiance and I test drove three cars and began to love one of them. It was a bit pricey even with a trade in, but we got it. Drove it home at 5pm and at 7:30 I was calling my fiance to come and save me and wait for a tow truck with me. The car kept stalling out and sometimes not starting. Went to them first thing this morning ready to get my money back Note: I was very angry all night, my job depends on my having a reliable vehicle. Told them the issue at hand and I got told "We will send a tow truck today and fix it." I asked if it would cost me any, because lets face it...even though there was no warranty I only drove it maybe 20 miles before it started giving me complete hell. The gentle man said, and I quote "Nope, not at all." This was a breath of relief right there. I had already all but emptied my bank account to get a vehicle from them. I had traded in a car that was literally on its way to the junk yard at this point. To be honest I wish my Fiance and I would have thought about using them and getting a new car before sinking $1400 into the old car...I may have driven off their lot yesterday with the car I really wanted. Moral is...even though it was horrible to have a brand new car'04...brand new to me die on me after only two hours of driving...it was nice that they took car of the issue for me and quickly. I went in at 9am, and they picked my car up at 11 and got it back at 6... I am not giving a full 5 stars because I still feel like they should have made sure it was sound before I drove off the lot.
If you’re looking for a car I would definitely recommend this place. John and all the other guys that work there are always so friendly and easy to work with. They’re always willing to help me with any issues that arise whether it has to do with the car or payments. I’ve been doing business with them for a year now and I’m a very happy customer.
They are always nice to me when I make my car payments I would recommend anyone to come here
