Awful experience!! Had my own equipment to be installedbrand new in box installers didn’t know how to pair 2 speaker to 2ohm and manager argued with me as if she installed it. Poor customer service. IF I COULD PUT NEGATIVE STARS IT WOULD BE FIVE STARS NEGATIVE. DO NOT SPEND UR HARD EARNED MONEY OR ANY MONEY HERE THEY LIE ABOUT PRICES AND DAMAGE NEW STUFF AND VEHICLES.THEY TOLD ME ONE PRICE AND HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE AND IT WAS WAY MORE ON MONEY AND TIME THAN I WAS ORIGINALLY TOLD. THEY TRY TO SELL U MORE THAN WAT U WANT OR NEED. I PAID FOR A SYSTEM AND HE DIDNT INSTALL THE BASS KNOB AND TRIED TO CHARGE ME EXTRA TO PUT ONE IN AFTERWARDS WEN IT SHOULD HAV BEEN INSTALLED AND OR DISCUSS BEFOREHAND NOT AFTERWARDS WEN HE TRIED TO UPSELL ME ON DOOR SPEAKERS AND HIGHS I DIDNT NEED AT ALL IN THE FIRST PLACE WEN SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED THEY EVEN CUT MY EXPENSIVE WEATHER TECH FLOOR MATS AFTER HE TOLD ME THEY WOULDNT HAV TO. THEY DONT KNO HOW TO TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS VEHICLES BECAUSE THEY DAMAGED MY BRAND NEW TRUCK IN THE FRONT AND CLAIMED IT DIDNT HAPPEN THERE WEN ITS A BRAND NEW TRUCK AND THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE I EVER LEFT IT UNATTENDED WITH ANYONE ELSE DRIVING IT EVEN THO I COULD PROVE IT AND EVEN SHOWED THEM WHERE AND HOW THEY SAID NO CAMERAS TO PROVE IT BOTTOM LINE THEY LIE AND GAFFLE PEOPLE

Replaced head unit, and added Amp, subs and door speaks. Called me to come get it, on the drive home only thing that "worked" was the head unit and subs. Took it back the next day for them to correct it, Spent over 7 hours there, now steering wheel controls don't work. A disgruntled worker complained the entire time about how he only make $11/hr and didn't want to be doing it. Super distorted. Disappointing, won't EVER be coming back here.

This place and it's owner/staff have been awesome to me.. I have had a lot of sound equipment installed in several of my family vehicles over the years. I have spent thousands here and have been satisfied with every install. Can't beat the service or their prices. I'm thankful they were there when I needed them! AUTO SOUND WAREHOUSE ROCKS!

They have everything for customizing your car or truck inside and out. Great prices and fast service. Had a new stereo put in my truck in and out of there in less than an hour.

This is an old review but I still feel the same towards them. I went in mid 2018 lookin for a touch screen stereo they gave me a price on one for $250 install and all I said okay. They installed everything and when I went back to pick my truck up they charged $300 and when I told the guy at the counter that he had previously told me $250 he said “ I said it was gonna be ABOUT $250” that was a lie and he knew it but I said whatever. Few days later I realized my blinkers wouldn’t make noise so I took it back to him and he said I had to buy an extra piece so the blinker noise would work and I told him how come he didn’t mention that would happen he said “I thought u knew” I asked how much would it be he said the part is $100 not including install, so I let him install it. All and all I end up spending close to $500. I’m still mad about it. Later on down the way I got a camera installed on my truck at a different store and they asked if my DVD player worked and I said I haven’t tried and they told me it’s missing the cables. SMH they didn’t even set everything up. If I could I’d give this place a -10 stars. Place is trash and I’m glad I know now never to do business with them

Got charged 30 dollars to crimp 3 0 gauge wires one sided and add 3 pieces of heat shrink tubing. I told the guy who ringed me up that this is only gonna take 15 minutes max the installer agreed with me too he said no no I know the installer told you 15 minutes but realistically for him it's gonna be 30 or 40 minutes or so. 12 minutes later the installer comes back with my wires finished. Only good thing about this place is the amount of inventory they have.

Shawn promised me one year warranty on my box. It broke the same month of installation so I went back. Shawn claims he ordered me a new one but its backed up because of covid. ITS BEEN 2 YEARS. Wish he told me the warranty was a scam instead of making me wait this long. Sucks because I was going to trust them to do more work on my 2018 f150. dont know if I can trust them anymore. DO NOT COME HERE
