The guys that took care of my car had great customer service but they didn’t do a good job vacuuming inside of my car. I don’t mean any harm but if you pay a hefty price to get your car cleaned inside and out everything should be right. I was the only car there at the time so I’m not understanding why it wasn’t vacuum that good. Now I gotta go vacuum up what they didn’t get.Services:&nbsp;Auto interior vacuuming

I expected better exterior cleaning of my car this am at the Monroe location !!  The "cleaning" was done by 3 younger boys who did not clean obvious stains on the front hood.  Perhaps the Manager should have trained them  better.  Don't go to this location !!!Services:&nbsp;Auto interior vacuuming

Yet another service provider making YOU work to pay for their services. Took me 10 minutes to set up all the information on my phone just to be able to drive through the car wash. All so that autobell can marginally increase their profits by not having to employ cashiers. I would much rather frequent an establishment where I simply insert payment into a machine. I will not be going to autobell anymore.

This was my favorite Autobell location for a number of years. I enjoyed the personable interaction with staff and there priority to please the customer. Unfortunately, that has started to change. One must be careful when utilizing advancements in technology, to not tarnish the relationships between customers and business, in the name of efficiency. Unlike, other Autobell locations I've visited over time. You notice upgrades in their car wash system. This particular location invested in minimizing the interaction between staff and customers. As a result of placing several drive by devices, that scan a customers barcode or what have you. According to the new overzealous manager. I overheard explaining to a customer, with glee. This new way of service, terminated the popular Autobell rain check receipt policy. Yet, I'm not sure the position this location has chosen on the rain check policy, is shared by other location.  Update 12/18/22 Decided to visit this location today and couldn't do it. Now I see they have gates up to access the car wash line now. Apparently you scan information on your phone and the gate lifts up but these gates all lead to the same line. It looks very cold from the street Instead, I visited my second closest location on Sardis Road. The engaging employee, confirmed the rain check policy is alive and well and you have up to a week to bring your car back. Also, my car gets wash better at this Sardis Road location. Because they  invested in improving the product. I wouldn't invest too much in the owner responding as to appear gracious and welcoming of suggestions. Just an insincere tactic , to appear diplomatic on Google reviews. The fact they bolted those devices and gates to the pavement. Confirms how they want to do business. I'm going to take one star away , because it wasn't cool how the Monroe Road manager, claim the rain check policy doesn't exist anymore

.. I refused to use the automated gate service partially because of broken arm..attendant seemed annoyed as he rushed my car onto the track before I could put the car in neutral with the opposite arm.  This is a terrible system, will not use this carwash again..very few employees at the time..guess that was the cost saving point for the company..don't agree w this, will not patronize

I had the So Called 32 dollar special!  Outside  with so called waxes, window whatever ect…. and complete inside vacuuming, cleaning, wipe down ect,,,,,,? Short on help, a job that was really very poor!   I had to go home and finish the interior and the outside had already dried with windows half done!   I know things are very tough in business today, But the service  was just half baked!  Just NOT like  Autobell!  I may or may not try again one day, but right now not a very happy camper. Paid $35 to do the outside and inside of car. Didn’t even take 5 minutes with the inside. I go to check and it’s still dirty. Some cars that were there were taking 15 minutes or more to do and I have a new car therefore I thought that was the reason why they didn’t do much. You could still see finger prints all over the place and it didn’t look like they had wiped anything at all. I left the 3rd row up so they could h get it cleaned but nothing. I had to ask one of the employees to please vacuum and do the 3rd row. I then had to ask for a wipe so that I could wipe my car as there was dirt and smudges. $35 down the drain for a horrible clean job that I now have to go and do at a different car wash.Services:&nbsp;Auto interior vacuuming

I always go here because it's convenient and fast. However, the past couple of times they barely cleaned the inside. Windows were still streaky and nothing really wiped on the inside and I always leave a tip as well. The past 2 times I left regretting it and disappointed. The outside looked good, and should for 35 dollars.

Paid for a $26 Super Poly-process and this is how my car looked after...will not be returning again. You would think these are my before pictures....

I came to this location today June 4th and had the outside washed and inside "cleaned". But the 2 kids working on it did the absolute worst job I have ever seen. I own a dog and there was hair everywhere when I came in. I realize they can't get all of it completely vacuumed up but after careful inspection, there were areas that they clearly didn't even try. I've come to autobell plenty of times in the past and they usually do a decent job. It wasn't busy so there was no reason to rush. There are just pathetic lazy teens here. I will never come back to this place again. Avoid this location!!Service:&nbsp;Auto interior vacuuming
