THEY DID A TERRIBLE JOB DO NOT GO THERE THEY RIPEN PEOPLE OFF. I PAID 43$ FOR THE INTERIOR CLEANING AND LOOK HOW THEY DID ALSO THEY LOOKED WORST BEFORE THE PICTURES I HAD TO STAND THERE AND TELL THEM TO GO OVER IT LIKE 3 TIMES AND ITS STILL DIRTY. I WOULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB CLEANING MY SELF
If you're looking for fresh young faced detailers to do quick lackluster jobs on your car, go here! I barely could tell they did anything, still had dirt/dust on hub caps, disappointed...do better guys. Oh yeah and the interior "cleaning" was equally trash.
They really did a good job on my car wash. The interiors were cleaned properly along with mats. Full score for the service. Taking away one star for the cost of single use in comparison to monthly membership. Mats are not included in top service packages and they take $10 extra for it. Hope they think about it and keep it reasonable.
Tyler and his team did an amazing job! Tyler saw that some areas weren’t done to his standards and went and redid them on his own! Great and friendly customer service!! I’ll be back!
Did a great job getting my car to look pretty and smell good. The attendants did a great job detailing the car after it went through the wash.
I was the first car in line, and I waited almost 30 minutes for my car to be finished and then it was barely cleaned on the inside. The dashboard still had dust and dog hair all over it and the doors still had stuff all over them and looked like they hadn’t even been wiped.Services: Vacuuming
Went back to Autobell today. Again this is at a convenient location, was a little crowded today, but the wash today was better. The guy that took care of my car did a great job, and thank me for my visit. Last visit was a 4 star, this visit was a 5 star. I recommend the Adam's Farm Autobell for a great wash, and service. Thanks Autobell!!
I came two days after Christmas to get my car washed because the dudes in Concord crushed it, so I figured I'd come to Jamestown's Autobell to get my car wash. Chase and Brad did a really good job making My car fresh again. Thank you for paying attention to detail. Legends! Definitely come by for the full service wash and ask for Brad and chase !
My day has been a comedy of errors, but the guys at this autobell location deserve thanks and praise! My "old trusty" was not feeling so dependable today and failed to start up after my selected services were completed this was at no fault of the facility or the employees. I was so humiliated. However, just before my day fell apart..I got into my vehicle and could not believe what an amazing job they did cleaning it up. It looked and smelled incredible! And while I was trying to sort out the chaos of what I was going to do afterwards, they could not have been kinder. I did not catch any names, but they deserve to be singled out. Their hard work was so was appreciated and their kindness was appreciated even more!!Services: Polishing
Payed 42.69 to have my wipers destroyed, when I showed the manager he said I couldn't prove they did it and couldn't do anything. So I had to pay another 30.00 for new wipers. Will never use autobell again.
