Quinton was very helpful while here at your location. I was told I could only come once a week by mistake with a monthly unlimited plan I purchased last night. I stopped by tonight to talk to someone regarding this before canceling as I thought I could come everyday. Quinton clarified I can come up to 2 times a day if I want any for the whole month. He apologized for the misinformation but I’m glad I stopped by before canceling my membership. The employees here do a great job, and very friendly. It seems you have a great team of employees here, and it shows. Thank you
The town of Harrisburg has done a great job making thos a family entertainment place.
This Autobell does a wonderful job! It could be a bit more organized once you get out of the the wash line to move your car to the interior cleaning, it's a bit chaotic but once there, know your call will be very well cleaned. The young guys that are there work as a team and always have a smile.... even after cleaning our nasty family SUV. Highly recommend!Services: Vacuuming
UPDATE: I was also FORCED to purchase a car wash. I had my parent’s car and they lined me up on the track. There were cars behind me and they refused to scan my membership. This will be disputed with my credit card company. You don’t even wipe my car down for the service I PAY for and refused to scan my membership. I pay for the monthly membership and my car NEVER gets wiped down. This location is very disorganized and then you get stuck in a line of cars and can’t move. Your car sits there in the sun and gets dry spots. I would not use this location if it was not the closest one. Corporate customer service is useless. People can tell when you Autobell because your car is still filthy.
Totally dissatisfied with the service provided today. I chose Armor All Special and paid $36.99 for each car and $30 as a tip by trusting them. Not going there anymore..
This location is the slowest one in the Charlotte area. The manager is rarely here, and those who are here “working” have no sense of urgency. Currently sitting with my car baking in the sun for 25 minutes, untouched.Service: Auto interior vacuuming
The car wash itself was great, but the setup to get in and out once your vehicle is wiped down is HORRIBLE!!! There are yellow posts set up, and you have to maneuver through like an obstacle course to get in and out. Who thought this was a good idea? This is an accident waiting to happen because this is a very bad idea. Then I had to ask one of the guys how am I supposed to get out because there is a wooden wall in front of me. He said oh you can drive over the hoses like I was suppose to know that... WOW REALLY oh that's also a great idea!!! What happens when holes start to form in the hoses because everyone is driving over the vacuum hoses. COME ON AUTOBELL!!!! Let's use some common sense here. Just saying!!!Services: Auto detailing
