Awful paid for the extras and got nothing car rims left dirty interior wet and dirty nothing cleaned. Lazy and untrained. Used to be a good place 20 years ago went downhill over the years. Won't go back waste of money. The sad part is I tipped the guy before I saw how poorly they cleaned my car that's another $10 spot down the drain. see attached picks.

Brought my car in for a through cleaning...paid extra for the vacuum, told them the last time I was not  satisfied with the service and this time is no different. The dash was not clean, the back area was not vacuumed well and the doors and plastics were not wiped well. I asked for a cloth to wipe up what was obviously missed and the guy just real quick wiped one spot there were several. I asked for fragrance and they were out of the one I wanted. I'm sorry but when I pay for a service and pay extra for extra service I expect to get the service I paid for. I am so disappointed. Edit* I was contacted by Dominick the manager about my experience and after discussing the issues he offered to redo my service. Kyle the assistant took great care of my car, he paid attention to detail and it looks great.  Thank you for making it right! I am just sorry that you had to redo a job that should have been done correctly the first time.

I have never had a worse experience with Autobell. The emoloyees were nice. The actual service was terrible. Paid 32 dollars for a car wash that was worse than a wash I could have gotten at a gas station. I recommend if using this location check before leaving to see what was actually done.

Asked for the works inside and out to be done on my car.  The 3rd row wasn’t touched at all and there were bugs still on the windshield and front of the car.  Didn’t vacuum the seats and really only focused on vacuuming the front floor boards didn’t get in between the front and back seats.  Cup holders were not cleaned and some other parts inside.  Came home and spent 45 mins to clean the 3rd row and finish what they missed on the inside.  If this would have been a $35 detail I would understand the hit and miss spots. I was expecting at least a decent job for 29.99, there was a small spill on my dashboard I had to clean off myself, and my rugs were not even moved to vacuum- the interior of my car was exactly how I brought it in and nothing was wiped down. Judge for yourself- I have plenty more pictures where that came from. Do not waste your money here.Services:&nbsp;Auto detailing

Them boys are really good out there and I really appreciate everything they did for me I had a hard time getting in my car and they brought it to me and it did a fantastic job on my car and I use you'uns all the time but I love it I'm just letting everybody know I love the placeServices:&nbsp;Polishing

I started using this Autobell when i moved to Denver on 2020.  Since im claustrophobic,  i can't stay in my car as it ROLLS through the car wash as they have done in the past st this & other auto bells.    I could not believe they used covid to have customers pay for this service now.  They still charge for this once free service. Today,  there was a new twist....you pay to get the car vacuumed but they only odo just a little.   They don't vacuum beside the seats or console & certainly not under the seats.  The young guy asked me how it looked, i said there is grass still on the mat & around it. Also beside the seat.  Since he offered to vacuum more,  his manager questioned why. Young man explained then the supervisor said that was only offered as MASTER vacuuming! Really?  How about giving me what your signs states... inside cleaning, vacuuming.  Im so disappointed,  not sure I'll go back.

Terrible.. my car was basically already clean but I like to keep it super clean. Didn’t vacuum correctly or even wipe down interior well !

I bought their unlimited package. They do a nice job every time I use it.
