I purchased the best package with a full interior armor all. It was a very sloppy job. Only half of my car was wiped down and even then it was a poor job. Not fully vacuumed either. My 11 year old would have done a better job. I will not be returning. They had me in and out in 10 minutes. Speedy service is an amazing thing but not when quality suffers. I’d rather wait for 30 minutes like I do at most other Auto Bell car washes than be out with a sloppy job. It was a waste of money today. I don’t see a way to add photos but as soon as I do and can I will share photos of the service I received. Or lack thereof.Services:&nbsp;Polishing

Yes! Yes! Just yes! Couldn’t be more happier with my experience the customer service was top notch I was talking and making conversation with some of the workers. Don’t get me started on how clean my car was my favorite employees were Daniel, Patrick, and Ethan H. They cleaned my car to perfection and I will be back often I love this place and I hope it never changes!

I wanted to give more stars but I paid for a full wash $24.00 plus a $5.00 tip and they left the inside of my car dirty and we did not notice until we got home.  It is kind of sad that they changed the way they do things.  You drive your own car through and then you get out so they can clean the inside.  They also do not provide any scent as the person cleaning my car told me it was extra.  Only reason I gave it 3 stars is because everyone there was very kind.

I have 5 children who do an incredible job of making my car dirty. I am so grateful for my membership at auto bell and love this location! They do an incredible job at cleaning my whole suv. I do get a different view because my car requires me to sit in the drivers seat while I’m neutral. Just thought I’d post a few pics from inside the car wash.

I have the Autobell unlimited car wash monthly subscription and The crew at the Idlewild location takes great car of me. I go through at least 3-5 times a week and they are always fast efficient and professional. They keep my car looking great.

Even on a rainy day store manager Michael and his team took their time with my vehicle and brought it back to life. Great service.

The associates at a Autobell did a fabulous job on my car. That’s why this is the only place I’ll have my car detailed. Thanks.Service:&nbsp;Vacuuming

I was charged 38.00 dollars for supposedly good car wash but they charged 15.00 more for a good vacuum. The MANAGER actually did mine. I don't care if you are busy this is not good service and then they expect a tip. When I got back home I took 15 minutes and did everything they didn't with my arm in a sling. I'M much better off to go to the car wash in Matthew's that gives you free vacuum and rags and cleaner. You just have to do it yourself but at least it gets done and you don't pay double for nothing.

I recently stopped at the Monroe location. They are testing a check in system? Made zero sense and was redundant. I asked the employee what it for, he explains it was for me? I asked how? He didn't have an answer? I used another location the next day and asked about the new systems at Monroe Road and its  benefits? They too had no idea?
