My experience purchasing a car at AutoNation was excellent. I worked with Ahmad during the whole purchase. He is the most kind, professional, honest, and knowledgeable sales person you could find. He answered all my questions and made sure that the car was in great condition when I received it. He was available to answer any question even after the purchase. I highly recommend Ahmad to purchase your next vehicle.
I had a great experience with AutoNation! Kenny Tillman was the rep that I was lucky enough to have and he made the buying process incredibly easy it was my first time purchasing a vehicle! He answered all of my ridiculous questions and made sure I was fully aware of what was going on. I will definitely be back for future business. Great dealership and great prices as well. Got the vehicle I have always wanted as well!
My sales rep was Yoshi and as expected he was on top of everything to get things done. It was after I purchased the car that I had issues. I got a 2015 Hyundai Veloster Turbo from Auto Nation. Before driving off the lot I noticed that the touch screen was not working properly. I told this to Yoshi and I was assured that it would be fixed since I was buying the car. I was told the parts would be ordered and I would receive a call when I could come back and get it fixed. I went back and forth with Yoshi and the used car manager OB for a whole month and they kept telling me it wasn’t there yet. It wasn’t until I went there in person that I was told that the part was canceled and never re-ordered. I was very upset about this because it prevented me from swapping out my car for a better one because the 5 days had passed. At this point, I requested a check so I could fix it myself since nobody told me anything for one whole month even though I was constantly calling and following up with my car. I also had an issue with my car key and key fob. Shortly after I purchased the car the key fob battery died and after trying to use my manual key I found out I was provided the wrong key for my car. So not only did I have to replace the key fob battery but I had to get a whole new key cut. I also had one of my lights go out shortly after purchasing this car. After purchasing new light bulbs I went to my mechanic just to find out that the connector piece had melted which is what caused the light to stop working. I also had an oil change done and replaced the whippers and cabin filter which were both old and needed replacing. The car also needed an alignment because the steering wheel was off-center, which I also had to get done at my mechanic. I also had to fix the calipers which had started making a rubbing sound. I ended up finding out that the caliper was frozen. I am very displeased with auto nation and I am likely never buying a car from them again.
We recently visited AutoNation Chevrolet Airport to handle a lease buyout, and were amazed by the excellent and super fast service we received. Upon arriving, we were immediately welcomed by Ahmad who helped us complete the necessary paperwork and get us on our merry way within a couple short hours. They were very kind and courteous and knew exactly what to do to provide excellent customer service. 10 out of 10 rating to Ahmad and the entire team at AutoNation Chevy Airport!

The Service Department here is HORRIBLE. I made an online appointment 2 weeks ago through their website to have a recall cleared on my truck and see why the AC wasn't blowing cold air anymore. Went at scheduled time of service, and they told me I'd have to leave the truck for 2-3 days for diagnosis, and it would cost $120. This was never mentioned when setting the online appointment; and is why I was set an appointment in the first place; so a tech would be available to look at my vehicle at the agreed upon time. Then they told me they didn't have the recall part available, and it would be a week to order it since it was VIN specific. I put in the VIN of the truck when I set the appointment, so they should have had all the information they needed to generate the part and have it ready when I came in. The lady helping me said their computer system doesn't work that way, and I should have called before coming in. I asked her what the point was in me scheduling an appointment online if I still had to call them which the website never mentions, to which she had no answer. This place has a horrible customer service scheduling system. Also, beware...if you want to schedule any service before 8:30 in the morning, the service personnel told another customer that they have no techs in before that time even though their online scheduling system will let you schedule an appointment as early as 7:00 am. Find another place to service your vehicle....this dealership is awful. ******URGENT UPDATE****** 24 minutes after I submitted my review for the poor process this dealership has in place for their service department, the part ordered to fulfill the GM Safety Recall of my truck was cancelled by IAN, the Service Manager, and I was called and told to take my business elsewhere. Pretty interesting that this dealership would allow a factually correct review to cause them to cancel an order needed to repair a known GM safety defect on my vehicle. I will be calling GM corporate headquarters and see how this company feels about one of their dealerships putting a customer in harms way by refusing to fulfill a corporate Safety Recall.
It was a great experience to easy buying to the new car. No issues not to much paperwork. The seller specialist Mr. Enzo was pretty helpful, he was take care of all process thank you again. See you soon get next one
I sold my car to this dealership so I can only comment on the seller side of things. Great staff that was super friendly and helpful. They made the transaction go by super smooth. It took a little longer than expected but in the end it was totally worth it.
Jeffrey Rivas was my Servce Manager and he was amazing! He was attentive to my needs, kept communication with me throughout the service of my vehicle and was there at the end of the day with a detailed account of the services performed on my vehicle at Autonation Orlando Airport and the upcoming services needed so I can be prepared on my next visit. Jeff also scheduled my next appointment and made sure my car was washed and vacuumed. He was such a pleasure to work with and I look forward to having him as my Service Manager in the future.
