The manager was great. They didn't have the battery I needed, out of stock. No auto zone had them. He gave me another one equal to what I had, because mine was still under warranty. He put it on himself. Took about 10 mins. Didn't get his name, but he's the manager. He was great
Steve H. helped me out today to fix the bulb in my civic. Firestone next door tried to rip me off and charge me $250 for labor and $64 for a bulb. Apparently, firestone told me they needed to remove my bumper to fix my bulb, which was not the case. Steve H. took care of my issue in less than 10 minutes and installed the bulb with ease. Hard to find people like this nowadays who are genuine. Thank you Steve, AutoZone is lucky to have you.
Part 2. If I could give no stars, I would. I was sent to this location after another called to make sure they had what I needed, which they said they did. When I arrived, a cashier asked if she could help, and I told her why I was there. She was confused to no fault of her own as that's just poor training from management. A "Grey Shirt" knew exactly what I was talking about as he kept chiming in, but could not put his chips and queso down to help. The fact you are supposed to be a "manager", you are definitely someone I would not want leading me as clearly you only know your way to a taco truck. Every employee who walked past you, you offered them some of your food, and that became the topic of discussion, but no one was talking about why I was there. You set a bad example and eating on the floor in front of customers is bad form. Another person claims to have overheard the conversation from the other store, said he knew what they were talking about, but still no one could help.When it was all said and done, they told me I had two options. I could go to Dayton, or they could sell me the same item I already have on warranty. I called corporate, but they couldn't be bothered to call back and address my concerns. If you want to be treated poorly, stop by this location, but if you want the best, do yourself a favor and run as fast and as far as you can away from this location.
Called in the morning to confirm a warranty and availability, this was quick smooth and helpful. Gemain, beat me to the counter with the new battery and there wasn't even a line. All I can say is, he was so amazing I felt I wanted to purchase something from him and not just preform the warranty exchange. A fun and comfortable associate with knowledge. I work in a forward facing customer service role and this was refreshing to see. I will be back even though I don't live close to this store. Car is back up an running and my wife can make her lunch plans with friends! Thanks Gemain it meant a lot to me!
Great customer service during my visit on today. Employee, Seth, went above and beyond while providing assistance with the replacement of my battery and terminal. Very much appreciated and strongly recommended.

They had all the parts I needed for my vehicle. They also had a tool I needed to rent. The only drawback is that the line was long, but the employees were efficient.
Good customer service Checked my battery I have a bad battery Didn't recommend a used or new battery so figured they don't have any So I just purchased jumper cables
