I dealt with James, I think his badge said he's the parts manager. He was outstanding. He went out of his way to help us and he was very knowledgeable. Give James a raise!

They guys their made my experience at that auto zone a comical one at that the guys their had a great attitude and made it a memorable one at that We did get the correct parts also that don't happen often from a auto zone branch but this one did good job guys

Very lethargic personnel from my first visit here at the Osceola, AR. store. No enthusiasm at all. I didn't like the way they were watching me like I was going to steal something from them. I don't like the fact I have to PAY first if they don't have something in stock whether over the phone order or in store and then I have to come back and pick it up, I've NEVER experienced this at ANY other AutoZone store. ALL the other AutoZones I've ever dealt with have ordered the part for me then had me come in and pay when I came to get the part! I'll give O'Reilly's my business in town or just order my stuff online, at least if I have to pay first it gets delivered to my door!

Spent many hours in Osceola with a batter issue on a road trip. Went to 6 different shops/mechanics and autozone was the shop that helped us get back on the road. Very helpful staff; we had 3 small kids age 5 and under and a dog and they went above and beyond to help solve our problem. Thanks!

The night shift manager got me right .. very very nice and sweet.... help changed a light bulb in my car in the rain.very cool dude. Curtis.
