I had an issue with my check engine light, the sales representative was kind enough to hook my car up to their scanner to detect the problem, he explained the results in detail and in an understandable way. I was provided with a print out with the results and have now scheduled my car for a repair. I am grateful for their service.
I went to Auto Zone to get a blue for my turn signal. Alex C looked up the info and boom I had the bulb. He was even kind enough to change the bulbs! He was so nice and professional. He made my day!
Horrible customer service today. As the "Manager" was helping me, the phone rings. He told me he had to take the call and help the phone customer over helping me. I wasn't pleased by this and he told me very rudely that if I didn't like it I could leave and go elsewhere. This happens nearly every time I go there. Do the employees not know where the hold button is on the phones. If you are dealing with a customer at the counter and the phone rings, you don't leave the counter customer hanging while you take care of the person on the phone. It is extremely rude and bad for business. I usedvto work in a parts house and if the phone rang while you were dealing with an in person customer, you answer the phone and put the call on hold and finish with the in person customer before going ahead with tge phone call.
Never had a bad experience yet always had everything I needed and willing to help me install things that I bought there and give me valued information on what I'm buying
Abraham Conteras was very helpful during my trip at Autozone. Helped me out figure out what part I needed to fix my car. He was patient and very informal. Definitely coming back to this location

I’m posting this review under my brothers account today. Yesterday I had my car washed at PDQ and when I went to leave my car wouldn’t start. So I walked over to Auto Zone to get some help. The woman working there was amazing! She helped me change my battery and get me back on my way. She went above and beyond when it came to customer service. That location would be LOST without her!!!
