Autumn Park Apartments

I moved into a "newly renovated" apartment within 2 weeks the floor started peeling up after almost 2 years here we are still fighting an problems from day 1 and maintenance has done nothing even after we went to the landlord multiple times to get it taken care of. Water continues to come up from the floor at least every other month and if you don't move your car during the week and drive it on the weekends they threaten to tow your car for it being abandoned. I hate it here and cannot wait to move out.

I've lived at Autumn Park for nearly 4 years now. This place has truly been one of the best apartments I could've ever wished for. The pricing is very reasonable for the size of the apartments and they're very roomy. The landlady, Ronda, is incredibly nice and accommodating. The maintenance crew does their job well, and I think I've only had one issue with the garbage disposal come up in the four years I've been here. That's the only maintenance issue I've encountered. Everything else has ran smoothly. They have a playset behind my building, and they like to keep the noise down. Snow removal is quick and efficient and they're good about who they let in. I've never had any trouble here. I'd definitely recommend looking into these complexes.

I don't how they can delete reviews here . This place are the most bad apt ever . I took 3 month only to check it . And after month and half move out. I paid all rent for the 3 month and never get my deposit "why" Bc they take it for paint and clean. Let's say I did more clean when I moved in . Safe your time and find another apt

Place is moldy, they don’t take care of it. Claimed they had to clean it for 5 hours after we moved out. You have to be a complete slob to need five hours of cleaning. The place was in good condition when we left, EXCEPT FOR THE MOLD ON THE WALLS THAT KEPT COMING BACK. They demand a lot from the tenants, but don’t give a lot to them in return.

If you love black mold, frivolous rules ,and high rent then this is the place for you.

if uwanna really bad place to be in so thats the place so old never u will get ur deposit back never u will find any one to help u if u need help not friendly at all just dont do it
