Jesse was fantastic from start to finish. Was super friendly guiding us through the process as we didn’t really know what we were looking for. He was super educational and informative on products he thought would mesh with our sleeping habits. Didn’t really have intentions of purchasing same day but the service, pricing, accommodations, and available products are what sold us! Go see Jesse!
I went to three different mattress stores today looking for a new mattress. I started at Mattress Firm and went to two other stores, but circled back because the gentleman who had helped me, Rex, did such a great job, and did not push the most expensive mattress on me just because he could. Both of the other stores I went to were the complete opposite and they did not take the time to actually listen to what I wanted. I am a little bit out of the norm, and I like a firm, memory foam mattress. Both of the other stores kept trying to push other mattresses on me that: I could either change the firmness and make more soft I don’t like that, or they just showed me the most expensive mattress in the store to begin with. Usually $4,000+ mattresses. I knew exactly what I wanted, but I needed to stay under a certain price point. Rex gave me several options but ultimately we decided on something that was in between the least expensive and the most expensive. I was actually wavering between the original Purple or the Purple Hybrid and asked Rex his opinion between the two $1000 difference. He said, because you like a more firm mattress you will probably like the lesser expensive one better. Most people would like the hybrid, but it is more expensive however that’s not what you have said you like. He actually listened to me. I cannot say that enough times! He listened to what I prefer and that was ultimately the less expensive of the two mattresses. I asked for an out the door price which included the mattress, mattress, cover, delivery fee, tax and taking away my old mattress… He wrote everything out for me. It will be delivering in two days, and I am very happy with the service I received thus far ! Buying a new mattress can be very daunting, and they are not inexpensive, so the fact that I was able to get an honest opinion, which saved me a little bit of money, really speaks to their customer care.
I was greeted upon entering the store and Les was able to answer all of my questions. He directed me to mattresses within my price range and offered options to assist with my decision. He reviewed all of the return policies and helped set up my delivery. I left feeling confident with my purchase.
The salesman Jesse went out of his way to make sure I was getting the best deal on a mattress and adjustable base. He introduced me to numerous comfort options until I was ready to make my purchase. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a new bed and base, go to Mattress Firm and ask for Jesse. You won’t be disappointed!
Our sales rep, Jesse, was terrific in helping us! He is a great listener and very knowledgeable about their products. In the end he sold us the right mattress. Jesse was very attentive and responsive to a few issues we had a few weeks later. He offered to exchange our mattress and box spring and shop them the following day - Sunday. Their delivery team is exceptional As well. This type of response, care and service is rare. Out last internet mattress purchase is proof. I highly recommend Mattress Firm and Jesse!
Jesse and Johnathan were amazing to work with. They were both very knowledgeable about the mattresses and had an answer for any and every question we could come up with. We knew they weren’t trying to “make a sale”, and showed honesty and humor throughout the process. Thanks for helping us find the perfect bed to not only help my back pain, but to also help us sleep tight!
Went in to purchase a mattress for our son. Jesse helped us today. He listened to our needs and was able to match them up with a good mattress at a good price. We left very happy.
The staff was very helpful and knowledgable. I enjoyed my time searching for a new mattress. Jonathan really helped me out by going through all the cost, differences between mattresses, and made me feel comfortable while I laid on multiple mattresses.
The worst unprofessional experience EVER! The discrimination was so obvious. I was treated as if my business was not wanted and as if I couldn’t afford anything in the store when I clearly stated I was price matching and trying to see if there was something I liked more than what I already picked out elsewhere. I was told my manufacture credit would not be honored. You could have had a customer buy every mattress in that mf today but my “black dollars “ was not wanted. Will never shop better EVER! Humble yourself and treat customers with respect !
Jonathan and Rex are phenomenal. Following a preliminary visit to scope out options, I returned with my wife. We spent a considerable amount of time trialing and comparing beds. Jonathan and Rex were attentive to our questions, yet not hovering. We found ourselves in an unrushed and comfortable environment with no pressure sales tactics. We felt they truly want us to find the right mattress for us, and not for their bottom line. In addition, we also noticed that as we were completing the paperwork for our purchase, two other families entered the store. Jonathan and Rex not only recognized them from a recent previous visit, but they remembered their names, and also remembered what mattresses they had been previously trialing. Good customer service makes you feel welcome. Great customer service makes you feel like you're coming home. Great job Jonathan and Rex!
