I have given this spa three chances and I really can’t give it anymore. Yesterday I had a one hour massage and I stopped the massage early and left. I still paid for my whole massage but it was so bad. Worst massage I’ve ever gotten. The masseuse was just rubbing me and clearly has not received the proper education. She also was sniffling throughout the massage. I went before and they charged me an extra $10 to use a pregnancy pillow. Save up and go somewhere else.

I really don’t want to tell you how amazing Katy is because I want to keep her all to myself. But, she’s the absolute best that Jade Day Spa has to offer. Make the appointment, you won’t regret it. But please leave any opening for me.

Recently had back issues with serious pain and spasms. Booked with Lucy and she was able to release tension and calm muscle spasms to a point where I could literally walk again. She was a life saver and applied the correct amount of pressure in the right areas. She is very strong but with a very gentle touch. Highly recommend for focus on problem areas as well as a relaxing experience.

Their booking system doesn't let you look up what earliest time is available for a male or female therapist. So I called for their assistance in booking in appointment and was told they had a female therapist available immediately. When I arrived, no female therapist was available, and the staff didn't have enough grasp of English to sort this out with me. Ultimately, they wasted 30 minutes of my life I'll never get back.

I can always manage to squeeze in an appointment with them. I always get their 1 hr massage but everytime it's different.... really depends on who the massage therapist is. Clean and calm.

Katy at the San Ramon spa was amazing!! 1 hour massage- good technique and very conscious of pressure.

Didn't even do massage for a full hour. Cut me about ten min short and she was so rough while rubbing. Felt like she was rubbing my skin off.

Great massage at a reasonable price in a professional building.
